“Wonderful for beginner skiers! We enjoyed our first season as frequent skiers at Mount Holiday with our 3 kids ages 4, 7 and 8. The Peter Rabbit bunny hill was great to get them comfortable and then they had a ball moving onto the tow rope hills. We enjoyed being able to watch them from the top of the hill near the bonfires. The atmosphere, staff and skiers were welcoming, helpful and made for a great experience for our family. We look forward to next season!”

There was no one at the register, my waitress as well as 2 managers were by the kitchen and paid no attention to me waiting to pay. The hostess finally came and had to go get my check. Oh, there were only 4-5 small tables of patrons... They were far from busy!!!!”

Our latest visit last Tuesday was the perfect start to our summer vacation with so many choices on the menu and excellent service by our server Autumn. My spicy beef taco was outstanding as was my husband's jack-stuffed shrimp. And of course my favorite libation the Missy Margarita! We have been stopping by the TC Red Mesa for years and have never been disappointed!”

They also served the best brisket I've had in recent memory. It just came apart with a fork, had the perfect amount of smoke, but wasn't overwhelmed by the dry rub.”

“13:45 5-27-19 I ran into the restaurant as the parking lot was nearly empty and the drive through had 3-4 cars pulling in ahead of me. 2 tables were sat, 2 people in line at the register and myself. One girl taking the orders was amazing, fast, and friendly. The two people ahead of me seemed kinda slow and struggled with basic communication and were confused holding up the line. In the kitchen there were 2-3 people working stations and nothing else. At the drive through window was 2 more people working, I assume they were managers because of their shirts, but I'm not sure as there didn't seem to be any form of management happening. No one was helping the dine-in counter except the one girl rushing to keep up with the orders. All of the staff should have been aiding in the bagging and working cohesively to get all orders out efficiently. I am a local, regular patron, with 10 years of service industry management and this location seems to struggle with staffing as it is different every time I come through. Good people leave because of bad management... My point is that I watched 2 people behind me leave without ordering when the place was nearly empty because nothing was flowing. Management wasn't present outside of maybe a paycheck. The girl at the counter was amazing. They shouldn't risk losing her because others don't want to help her for whatever reason. She is the only reason they get any stars.”
