“Oh my! The first time I have visited this place. The variety of food choices are just amazing, and you must go back for seconds, and thirds, etc. From salads to soups (hot and sour - wow!), excellent chicken, fish, and beef varieties are delicious. And then the fresh sushi bar is a picture of varieties and art! Don't miss the dessert bar with fruits and sweet treats. The servers are friendly and efficient and I'm going back this week. Great price for all you can eat .. And I did !”

They take on average 5 minutes to finish an order so it's perfect for a lunch break or getting some coffee before work. “13:45 5-27-19 I ran into the restaurant as the parking lot was nearly empty and the drive through had 3-4 cars pulling in ahead of me. 2 tables were sat, 2 people in line at the register and myself. One girl taking the orders was amazing, fast, and friendly. The two people ahead of me seemed kinda slow and struggled with basic communication and were confused holding up the line. In the kitchen there were 2-3 people working stations and nothing else. At the drive through window was 2 more people working, I assume they were managers because of their shirts, but I'm not sure as there didn't seem to be any form of management happening. No one was helping the dine-in counter except the one girl rushing to keep up with the orders. All of the staff should have been aiding in the bagging and working cohesively to get all orders out efficiently. I am a local, regular patron, with 10 years of service industry management and this location seems to struggle with staffing as it is different every time I come through. Good people leave because of bad management... My point is that I watched 2 people behind me leave without ordering when the place was nearly empty because nothing was flowing. Management wasn't present outside of maybe a paycheck. The girl at the counter was amazing. They shouldn't risk losing her because others don't want to help her for whatever reason. She is the only reason they get any stars.”

“Actually the grade should be 2 1/2 stars. I'm sure we're in the minority here but these steaks and other entrees are average at best. This local chain and their restaurant kitchens are too big and the kitchen loses track of what they're cooking. They get a lot of orders wrong and we've sent back a lot of improperly cooked or cold food. Service is almost always nice and friendly so no problem there. This review is for the Boone's near Interlochen. The one near Sutton's Bay is better but suffers from some of the same problems. Unless you eat at odd times, or mid-week, be prepared for long waits. Mostly it's not worth the grind. Too big, too busy for an average steak.”
