“Very busy location but you can tell they try hard. I usually only see one person actually making coffee. Any other locations i go to I usually see 2. Itd be nice to see 2 to get the lines going quicker. Great location. I take my daughter here some mornings just to sit in front of the fire by the door. Always a nice atmosphere”

“Gotta have Panera great soups, sandwiches and much more.. the mac and cheese is really good. You can't make mac and cheese fresh all the time it is too expensive and won't last on the shelf, but in their off site kitchen where it is made, frozen then shipped to the restaurants'. Quality control and consistency is a must, if you ruin mac and cheese then its jail...”

“Yum! The person taking our order messed up one of our drink orders so they fixed it and we got a free drink. Tasty food and a nice atmosphere inside.”

“Service was friendly but not too efficient. Food came fast. I had a chicken salad croissant. I wouldn't recommend it. Instead of the usual chicken shredded or tender and blended with the rest of the ingredients, I got big chunks of chicken, not blended in with the grapes celery nuts. Barely anything to hold it together. And the croissant was dry and fell apart. I had to eat the sandwich with my fork breaking up bites. Others at my table had better luck than me.”

“Great breakfast, portion a little small but... still a great value. Quality is top notch homemade style. Coffee is great, and quick service. No lines at about 10:30am as well as a great furnished area for guests to lounge while they wait for their order and enjoy. In a building so not easy to find off the street, but if you know where to go... awesome spot. I would recomend the southwest panini.”

“We got stuck in Duluth during the big snowstorm and ate breakfast here twice. We would always recommend their pancakes. Some of the best. Other good items were meat and potato omelet and smoked sausage (side on build your own breakfast). The staff was working hard despite a skeleton crew. Good option in a bind that makes kids happy too!”

“One thing that makes mornings better is having access to a Caribou Coffee! This one is in a great location and had really friendly and efficient service--plus great drinks. I had a white chocolate mocha today and it was great. If you want a really delicious adventure, though, try a zebra mocha--white chocolate and dark chocolate mix. Delicious! Another great thing about this location is that there are a lot of great choices to sit if you are going to hang around!”

“Nice place with dog-friendly outdoor patio. We stopped here on 4/19 during a quick day trip to Duluth (after Grandma's Saloon notified us that their patio seating was not open yet [at 3pm] and they suggested we go elsewhere with the dog). The prices here seemed reasonable considering everything is fresh. Lots of folks were here ordering beer and coffee drinks. For ~$38 we had lunch for two (burgers with sides), a water, glass of milk ($2) and two huge ginger (gingersnap) cookies ($1.75 ea but they were huge & really good). We could have split a cookie and burger and that would have been plenty (now we know for next time). Their pickles are like a mix of bread & butter with a hint of dill. The plate (in picture next to mine) had a cheeseburger w/ pickle and side of fresh fruit (cluster of grapes, half of an orange and half of a banana). One thing is I wish the staff told you protocol with dishes when they brought the plates out. I stood in line for a few minutes, after we finished our lunch, waiting to ask if we leave the dishes on the table or if we bring them in and put them somewhere. Not a huge inconvenience but something to suggest for future reference!”
