“The BEST margaritas in town. Our favorite is the black margarita. They also have the best fajitas. Both the chicken and steak are seasoned wonderfully and are very tender. Our favorite appetizer is the pepper jack dip but don’t forget to add the chorizo! The staff and ownership is what ultimately keeps us coming back. It’s a true family atmosphere and makes dining in a special occasion, every time. 5 stars!!”

“This is a great little spot. We came in yesterday and had the B&G with an egg and hashbrowns. It was so good and came out so fast that we had to stop in again. The second go-round I had the breakfast bowl and my buddy got the tenderloin. We both tried eachother's food. Once again, it was GREAT. The tenderloin took me by surprise on how massive and how delicious it was. This will become a new regular spot for us. I highly recommend.”

“If you are carrying out, you probably won't get a parking spot buy the door, chances are the delivery drivers will be there. They don't show you your order like in the old building. Be sure to open and check. I got home to find the thin crust I ordered online turned out hand tossed. Staff is always super friendly and works very hard. “We stopped at this local spot for a great breakfast. We all really enjoyed our breakfast. The bacon and biscuits and gravy we're design. The staff was so friendly and gave us some great local tourist tips. Our only complaint is you can smoke in the restaurant, we are not smokers and our state doesn't allow it in restaurants so that was a bit of a bummer. The restaurant is in a strip mall so use your GPS to find it”

“I had lunch here. It was very busy when I ordered. The gentleman taking orders wasn't phased by the crowd and made sure to order everything correctly to each person's specifications. While waiting and eating I noticed the manager reminding the cooks about anything missing from an order as well as complementing them for something that they did well. I was so impressed with the employees at this restaurant. A pleasant change from the usual fast food employees.”

I have to say I was impressed with the food being prepared deliciously and hot in the friendliness of the service at the drive-thru. Most of the time I wouldn't even think about going through a try to because I found it to be lacking and excellent service that I like. However I can truly say they were on their job at this particular Steak and Shake. If I'm in the area again at some point in time I will definitely stop by and use their services. “Just came here the other day and got a Philly from them for the first time and wasn't disappointed. A little late on my review cause I lost the paper the owner gave me. The phillys I got were exactly how I ordered them. Only thing I'd add is a little seasoning to the meat but even without that it was great. The owner also provided me with some onion rings and I think a spicy ranch sauce which was really delicious. I wish I would have tasted it before I left so I could get more of it and the onion rings. All in all 10/10. Loved the welcoming atmosphere and enjoyed the food. Will be back. Probably tomorrow and the next day lol. Keep it up????????”

“The bar is fantastic. One of my favorite bar areas in Kansas City, and this is my hometown! I literally decided to live where I do (Briarcliff) because I walked into the bar and sat by the fireplace. Spent my first two Friday afternoon's there with my laptop and couldn't have loved it more. “This place has excellent chili cheese burgers. Excellent. Great prices at under $5 for a double chili cheese burger and under a dollar for a scoop of ice cream. Food is served 24 hours a day, including breakfast. While the food is great, the number of seats are few. Be prepared to wait for a seat if you come with more than yourself, or come at a non-peak hour. You definitely wouldn't bring a group here. I don't do 5 stars often, but this place really is a gem”
