“Great pizza, but the tomatoes taste canned which is disgusting on pizza. Fresh or nothing guys!”

“Service was good. Timely. Manager needed a hat or a hairnet. He was serving food with his head exposed. However he was very cordial.”

“It's new so they are training staff so they are a little slow but helpful and will get your food to you as ordered. Nice looking location, clean and new. Drive through is open!”

“This is one of my favorite bars in Kansas city! They always have great live music and a great bunch! They just redid their upstairs deck which is perfect for drinking some of their delicious cocktails by a fire. They also have multiple spaces for large parties. Ive always have had a blast at the Levee.”

“My all-time favorite place for happy hour. $5 cheeseburger and fries from $6 cocktails make it cheaper than even cheap bar and grills. Let alone a nice place. For non happy hour the place is pretty average for the price. Cocktails are very good with pretty average pricing. Chocolate basket is one of a kind and alone makes it worth going to on a regular basis. I don't eat seafood so I can't speak for any of those options.”

“So many gluten free options for me to choose from! I loved my first visit to True Food Kitchen. The staff was more than helpful and completely knowledgeable with the menu, especially about allergies. I had the Sparkling Prickly Pear Refresher to drink and it was very refreshing. For my meal I ate the Korean Noodles with added Shrimp. Such good flavor and very filling!”

“Good Lord! This place had the greatest food I've ever had! Every single person in our group talked about how amazing their meal was the whole weekend. From the cheeseburger and fries to the prime rib. This is an absolute must if you are in KC! There is no way you will be disappointed. Even the damn fries are perfect! The wings and poutine are a great way to start, I promise!”

“Great food and service! Deshaun T was an amazing server. Keith, the manager, did a great job checking on us throughout our meal. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We received a card with signatures from the staff for our anniversary. This was our second time celebrating our anniversary there and it will continue each year.”

“My partner and I have visited Kona Grill several times, but one particular visit stood out over all the others. A couple weeks back we had Michelle as our server and this was my favorite visit yet! Michelle is knowledgeable on the menu items and helped us decide on a saki to try. She was fun to talk to and so fast getting drinks and food ordered for us. She had great table side conversation and made it a fun experience! My partner and I shared the avocado eggs rolls and the checkerboard sushi which were both brought out very fresh and flavorful. My absolute favorites to order every time I come! My partner and I originally came in just for happy hour apps and ended up staying for drinks too because Michelle was so great. I definitely think this was the best night I've had at Kona. Thanks for the positive experience!”

“Ragazza's is our favorite Italian restaurant in the Kansas City metro area. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is intimate. They have a great wine list, solid beer selection, and unique twists on traditional drinks. (I wish they used a little less salt, but I realize I'm an outlier on that.) I recommend their eggplant fries appetizer, their Italian sausage and artichoke soup, and any entree. As you can guess by my name, I grew up eating Italian food. After living in New York for years we moved to KC and visited the 'storied' restaurants in KC, but they no longer live up to the hype of their legend.”

“It was a busy day and we had to grab seats at the bar. Friendly bartender and quick service. Cocktails were great and the food was good but a tad on the expensive side. Great place for celebrating an occasion. Do make sure to take advantage of their happy hour that starts at 3pm for $8 cocktails and $6 wines.”

“So in love with this American/French cafe. The decor is beautiful! I loved everything I ordered and can’t wait to go back! I dined here during restaurant week in January and loved the options on the limited menu.”

“Fabulous service. Don't skip the Lobster Mac. Also don't come in a rush. This is a very relaxed atmosphere. You'll never get the impression they're trying to move you out.”

“Great spot for casual lunch on the Plaza. Outside seating, one-way traffic flow marked inside to encourage social distancing. All employees in masks and gloves.”

“The cool thing about this place is the warm and welcoming atmosphere, due in no small part to the fact that they have live music almost every night. The food is good in that Midwestern "fancy" steaks and seafood way -- nothing unexpected -- but, as I say, the place is worth it for being a great little cozy hideaway tucked inside an old, elegant hotel. And they get good local musicians!”

“My husband and I loved the place. A very nice couple there paid for our meal and didn't want us to know who they were the experience was something I would never forget the setting is beautiful we sat on the patio and the food is delicious I will recommend the shrimp and grits!!!!????????????”

“Chose this place for breakfast. Arrived around 8AM on a Thursday. Definitely starts picking up with customers around this time. We had a table for two: ordered coffee, the French Omelette and fresh fruit. The omelette was a unique mixture of bacon, apple, spinach and brie. We enjoyed it, had good service.”

“Went here without knowing what to expect with my girlfriend. First off, I'd recommend going with a group of at least 4, and make reservations online. The wait was about 2+ hours... We sat at the bar.. I only give it 3 stars because the lack of smaller proportions for 2 people, and price. The food was REALLY good. Service was friendly and quick. Can't really complain about anything there. We got meatballs for an appetizer (3 meat balls) and it was $20. Also got a sampler type entree and it was super good as well ($25+). We spent $80+ with 4 total alcohol beverages. Overall, I'd just recommend going with a large group. Or expect to take home lots of left overs.”

“Amazing. Table was ready within 15 minutes of reservation on a busy holiday season night. Service was outstanding and the food was heavenly. I love flavorful meats and these were fork tender and full of flavor. Cooked perfectly and so many choices and flavors. Loved it. The caramelized bananas put it over the top. I could have eaten an entire plate of them. We will be back.”

“Just found this place at the Country Club Plaza today. It was fresh, fast and delicious. Everything is gluten free. I got a macro bowl with chicken, Broccoli, cashews, mushrooms, red pepper (added almonds) in a spicy teriyaki sauce. It was delicious. I got some some of their protein balls for dessert (peanut butter and one chocolate/walnut). Both were amazing. I will come here every time I’m at the plaza. There are so many other items I want to try (salads, smoothies, brownie). I felt full but not stuffed and was not sluggish that afternoon. Check it out.”

“This is a fun, family restaurant. The decor keeps you looking around, with each room having a unique vibe. We ended up going during happy hour and were pleasantly surprised by the deals to be found. It was a great, laid back environment where we could enjoy the delicious food and relax a bit after walking around the plaza.”

“A nice little breakfast cafe. Good choice of food on the menu. Pancakes were a little dry and heavy but the French toast was really good. The breakfast tacos were really good. I loved their own brand of green spicy sauce, so flavorful. The service was a little slow and the waitress was a little nonchalant but nothing to complain about. Good prices.”

“Woman behind the desk was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. Food was very fresh taste great and was ready to go quickly. I was picking up an Uber eats order and stuff looks so good I decided to get myself something I didn’t even know that they gave a 15% discount to delivery drivers. Even better is I didn’t have to ask for discount she automatically gave it to me. Highly recommended great experience.”

“This is the first time I’ve been in this Minsky’s on Main. The pizza was ????????????????. They have a super great draft beer that was smooth as heck. The service was ok. Nice clean facility. I would recommend this Minsky’s for your pizza fix. We hadn’t planned to sit down and eat there but then decided to eat there.”

“Café Sebastienne was a great choice for Father’s day brunch. Not pictures we started with lamb sausages which were basic, but delicious. I had the biscuits and gravy with breakfast potatoes and the gravy was excellent. Creamy and full of flavor, and the biscuits and potatoes were great too. My girlfriend and her father had the Eggs Benedict and the the yolks were perfect with the English muffins. Her father’s husband had the pork hash and loved it as well. Pictured is the lime cake which had cotton candy on top. The cake was moist and full of flavor. Service was also excellent, and I will be keeping Cafe Sebastienne in mind for the future.”

“This is a restaurant my parents have visited regularly for years. Ernest is basically a family member at this point. I love coming in and hearing about his marathon training and seeing his insanely amazing art! Seriously, his paintings look like photographs. I think the community, food, wine collection, and ambiance are the best in Kansas City, and it makes me miss living in this city.”

“Valentine's Day -- a night we usually avoid going out. This year my wife and I got a reservation at Rye a couple weeks early just to be different. Wow. So good tonight. Every single item was outstanding. Goat cheese appetizer is amazing. We shared our two entries, salmon and pork ribs, and both were perfect. My wife was still talking about the salmon on the way home. Brussels sprouts and mac & cheese as sides, both of which we've had several times, and these might have been the best batches ever. Finished with a new choice for us, the chocolate pudding cake. Holy sh*t., amazing. Rye seems to have somehow gotten better, and we have always loved it.”
