“Im from out of town. I went there to maybe have a beer and an appetizer. I really loved the atmosphere and the Spinach artichoke dip was great. Drinks were very good and the bar tender was very helpful teaching me to play Keno. I lost but it was fun. I ordered a Chef salad to go which was also awesome. Chris from the kitchen was awesome as well. I highly recommend this place.”

“Came last year for the all you can eat haddock and my husband had the clams...a Friday night feast. This time we both had the all you can eat clams. Nice smaller sizes clams, which I prefer as I'm not a big fan of large bellies. Clams were delicious, first order was a bit dark for my taste but upon speaking to waitress my next order was.mych better. We skipped lunch in order to enjoy this treat. ????”

I found the service to be a little laid back, we had to hunt down the server to get another round of beverages, otherwise it would have been a 5 star for us. “I have never eaten here. However, when I want to make a lobster and steamers dinner, this is my go-to place to get my supplies. They will cook the lobsters for you here, if you're the squeamish type or don't have the needed large pot. Everyone is very helpful and I've never had a bad meal that I purchased here. “I read the reviews before we went. There was a few 1 star reviews that had me questioning it. But there were many 5 star reviews so we gave it a try. The coffee was a little strong but that's what I love. The sausage was huge and fantastic. The eggs were buttery and country style not typical breakfast grill eggs. Which again were amazing. The homestyle potatoes were very good. A couple were not cooked through but when you serve that big of chunks that will happen. The toast was definitely home made and was great. Our waitress Egan was smiling, helpful and friendly. If you like plain Jane breakfast food then maybe it's not the best for you . If you want great food then this is it. We will be back”

“**Edit 6/23/19: Well, like said in my original review I came back, and this time I was scolded for asking for more syrup for our table when we were only given half of a very small bottle. I don't generally use a lot of syrup anyway, so the fact that I even had to ask for more was off-putting. This is a pancake house. If you don't want to give out the real maple syrup, you need to have the store brand as a backup so that your customers can actually eat the pancakes they ordered. I let it slide in my original review because I really really enjoyed the place, but they are terrible at refilling your drinks. This is the second time where I never got a refill on my coffee despite one waitress walking around with a full pot. My husband also had to steal some of my water when he drank all of his. Not sure if I'll come back after this visit. Original Review: Wow just wow. The best pancakes in New Hampshire and in such a beautiful location. The gingerbread pancakes were incredible and the banana walnut tasted like banana bread! My husband said his chocolate chip pancakes were loaded with chocolate chips and the best he's ever had. We will absolutely be back!”

I only have one issue with the place. I wish they'd start delivering food. They would have more business and overall better business relations.
