“Coconut Shrimp Rock! Small and it gets crowded. Since the accessible seating is limited to the bar area the only we always use the takeout window and eat at the picnic tables. Food is excellent and the staff is friendly. I'd give it 5 stars if they provided more wheelchair accessible seating.”

“This place is very cute and right downtown. The outdoor seating area was very nice. I got the clam chowder to start and wow was the taste there BUT I could not eat it all. It was extremely chunky from all the clams they put in the soup. Never had a clam chowder like that and I hope I never will again. I then got steak frites. That was delicious with the Gorgonzola cheese. The fries were just okay-not a lot of flavor. Overall it was a nice place to go but I wasn’t over the top impressed by it.”

“We had a company dinner here with 30 people and they reserved a beautiful area for us all to sit comfortably. The service with drinks was excellent and as soon as we sat down we had our salads. The entrees came out shortly after that and my gentleman's cut was cooked perfectly. I never leave The Library without trying the best mac and cheese in Portsmouth so i had to order that as well which was as always amazing. Desert came after that and I topped it all off with another glass of wine and I was out the door feeling satisfied. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone and to any business looking to have a dinner like we had last night. Thanks to all the front of house and back of house staff for an awesome night!”

I have never seated inside, so don't know what inside sitting arrangement is like, but outside there is small parking area and a few tables to sit at. I was part of a group of six people and everyone enjoy their meals. I had blackened grilled shrimp that was excellent. My wife really enjoyed her lobster.
