Order an appetizer that was so good (Patacones with shrimp) caramelized onions, fresh chopped tomatoes, olive oil and some version Hollandaise sauce over fried large plantains AKA Tostones. It is like a latin bruschetta. Can't wait to try the paella order to go.... smells fantastic!”

“A converted house with tables and a BBQ in the front yard. Like being in rural Portugal and it might help if you speak a little Portuguese. Hearty homestyle cooking. Mostly grilled meats and fish with some specialities, menu changes every day. Typical Portuguese appetizers, soups, desserts and liquor too. Reasonable prices. I had to think hard about publishing this review because I want to keep it intimate local and almost private, but you deserve this. An archetype dining experience.”

“We had an amazing time last night at the soft opening for 7 Doors Down! I really love how the space is set up. When we came in for our reservation we were greeted by the hostess at her counter which was by itself in a dark, cool, moody almost hotel lobby type area so you cannot see into the rest of the restaurant. Then we were escorted partially though the open kitchen on the way to our table which I loved and it really set the vibe of the space. Our server Leigh was wonderful and made great recommendations for us when ordering. We had the Crab Sando, Cold Sesame Noodles, OG Ceviche, and Salmon Tiradito as starters. They were all delicious and fresh and had wonderful flavors. Then we had a ramen course where we ordered the Duck Ramen and the BLT Ramen, both were great but the Duck Ramen was outstanding. The broth was rich and flavorful and hits every savory craving that you look for in a big bowl of ramen. We finished off with both of the desserts that were available, a milk froth pudding with honeysuckle tapioca and a charred cheesecake with matcha and smokey caramel, it was the perfect sweet note to end our dining experience. I can’t wait to come back after the grand opening to experience the full menu!”

“Cozy new trattoria in the heart of Walnut St at the Depot Square station. In an area overly saturated with "Italian American" fare the food is refreshingly authentic. Chefs and servers are from Sicily and offer an array of classic Italian dishes. The homade rigatoni amatriciana was perfectly "al dente," not overcooked, and with plenty of guanciale. The melanzane (eggplant) was delicate, minus the over-breading you get in other establishments. The maiale (roast pork) was juicy, perfectly cooked on the bone with a sweet and mouth watering pistacchio crust. Overall, an extremely satisfying meal; will definitely return!”
