“Are you vegan or vegetarian? Do you believe that what you eat can define you? Do you like really, really clean, delicious, invigorating food? All of the above? Get over here! I haven’t seen a place this charmingly interesting since since I chased that arms dealer around Minos. Every day new vegetable special soups, Indian and Nepalese inspired dishes, and come on…..the Pad Thai is one of the best I’ve had. They even have a fantastically authentic tasting vegan saag (something I typically have to miss out on, but not here!) Tea and coffee selections are amazing, baked goods for sale, excellent service, the place looks amazing. Every time we stop through Santa Fe, we always stop at Annapurna’s. Absorb the amazing concept, savor the uniquely incredible dishes, feel the complete food heal and ignite your senses. You can’t go wrong.”

“Pretty good spot for sandwiches and breakfast. Lots of parking. Seating both inside and out. Had breakfast, pretty basic. Bacon was very wimpy. Pancakes are good, but could be a bit lighter. Will go back to try out corned beef and pastrami. As a native New Yorker, I would call this place "In the style of a NYC deli" but not quite what I expected. Worth a try if in the area.”

“Polite staff and good open face sandwiches. The espresso was good too. I liked the ambiance as it felt very no frills and pleasant. Seating is a bit limited inside when busy. Vanilla danish was decent, though maybe slightly dry. Avocado ham sandwich was good but the ham on top was a bit chewy and bread slightly over toasted for my liking, but not burnt. Avocado and scrambled egg sandwich was excellent. Over all still 5 stars”

“We heard the GF croissants were amazing, but by 930 am they were already sold out. We try a bunch of other delicious GF pastries though!”

“Heard great things about this place and the good was good. Service also excellent. I had chicken and waffles, very tasty. The waffles were a bit crunchy/oily on one side, maybe the oil they used in the waffle iron. The chicken was lightly breaded and juicy. We also had the burrito- very large and tasty. The drinks (latte, Mexican hot chocolate) were not hot enough. Still 5 stars for overall great place.”

“One of my all time favorite places to visit in Santa Fe. The owners/managers/staff are always welcoming and provide a wonderful experience and quality service to get you in and out in a timely manner. ALL of the pastries are delightful! From the quiche selection to the cream puffs, to the best napoleon you will have, I suggest having a meal and taking some treats home too!! The ambience is perfect and especially considering the high volume they experience, the restaurant is well kept and clean! I absolutely love this spot.”

“Pleasantly surprised with this hidden gem! The parking lot is easy to miss if you don't know where you are going, but once you are there the ambiance is great. Went on Sunday for brunch, but they weren't too busy. They have indoor and outdoor seating and had mellow music outside. We got seated immediately and drinks and food came quickly. The strawberry scone was great and the main dishes were also good. The chicken fried steak was freshly made, but could have used a little more flavor in the batter (although, we would order again). This restaurant would have been a five star, except once we received our food our waitress never came back for drink refills. Overall a good experience, with good food at a reasonable price we will visit again.”

“Delicious food in a serene, tree covered setting. The staff were attentive and made thoughtful recommendations. There were 4 of us for lunch. We had three different salads, each large and rich in flavor, and the burrata with bacon and tomato with a yummy chili sauce. The drink selection was huge. We tried 4 different tea based ice drinks. They were also large and tasty! We'll definitely be back!”

“Home cooking in a quaint little place with 5 tables inside and a couple outside. It's a little difficult to find, because it's in the alley behind the Wells Fargo Bank. It's been owned for 13 years by a couple originally from Mississippi. He does most of the cooking and she bakes the pies. I hesitate to order meatloaf anywhere, but glad I did here. My husband had the skillet fried chicken...be prepared, that takes about 30 minutes, as it is cooked when ordered. We had no concerns about the wait, GOOD chicken is worth waiting for. YUM! A must try when in Deming!”

“The pastrami melt and broccoli cheddar soup were delicious! Stopped by during a road trip, totally worth it. My husband and son got the Doc Holiday and Turkey Sandwich and enjoyed them. Very nice employees.”

“This place is such a hidden gem! The cafe itself is really cute and charming. I had the hot pig and fig sandwich. It was fantastic- the fig jam was a perfect pairing with the ham and brie. They also have an interesting list of cocktails and a bunch of yummy desserts.”

“Their service is excellent and the food is wonderful I definitely recommend coming here if you're just visiting the Los Alamos area or are a local to this area. The chicken fried steak I got is great, I had asked for it with red chili and I think they did an excellent job with the chicken fried steak and eggs. Awesome place.”

“I originally ordered the brisket salad, but the waitress later came back and told me the kitchen was out. Despite of not having my first choice, the black bean burger was delicious! Compared to other black bean patties, Ancient way cafe’s burger was more solid and hefty as a a patty should be consisting black bean and corn. The fresh tomatoes, purple onions, and cucumber toppings was a major plus.”

“This place is a total gem in Taos! I love swinging by for a morning pastry or burrito (I love the vegetarian). The staff is always delightful and kind. They have a well stocked selection of treats, fresh ready to go lunches and great coffee. It’s in a lot with some other shops so it may be hard to see (across the road from 5 Star Burgers), but totally worth checking out!”

“The ice cream is wonderful. It's actually yummy. I went to a place in Santa Fe that had great reviews, tried three different ice creams and each was really bad. That experience hurt my confidence in trusting reviews, but Mint Chip is so good. The mint chip and coconut is delicious. The lemon poppy was good, but not for an entire two scoops for me. The rose was surprisingly not bad. The lavender honey was also good, but again wouldn't get more than a scoop like the lemon.”

“This place is busy, but efficient! The staff moves quick and as one team. We were sat and had drinks ordered immediately. Then, a server came to the table and our food order was placed. We were amazed by the speed in which the food made it to the table. Best French Toast I've ever eaten!”

“It was great experience to taste authentic local food, felt like eating home cooked food and tasty too. Nothing fancy. Was visiting Taos Pueblo and had Christmas eve buffet here. Price was bit high for the items served, but still went with it.”

“Breakfast burrito was tasty, but the tortilla really fell apart. Tasty nonetheless. I’ve had smothered burritos of this size many times, so I know a better tortilla is possible. Green chili > Red chili here (tried both as you can see). Paid about $18 for my meal alone—pretty pricey. For that price, I’d maybe expect hash browns, toast, or something to pair with my burrito. Altogether, a cozy atmosphere and would return to try something else.”

“Delicious food! I had the BLT with chèvre and avocado which was full of flavor. I had never had goat cheese before and it was absolutely delicious! My boyfriend had the Shepherd’s pie made vegan and he said it was really good also. Our waiter was super friendly and had great suggestions. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you are looking for food with fresh ingredients.”

“DO NOT judge a book by its cover! Oh my gosh, the bread was so fresh, and 6" sandwiches were filling. Veggies and condiments were distributed evenly. Not too much, not too little. You can get extra vegetables for a cost. I definitely suggest getting your bread toasted. It adds such a good flavor to the sandwich, also softening the bread like it came fresh out of the oven. For dessert, the first donut that caught our eye was the apple fritter. Baked to perfection, crisp, thin, and a good amount of apples in and glaze on the fritter.”

“You have service that is good and pleasing. You have service that is EXCEPTIONAL... I would love to know the name of the young lady working on the afternoon of June 3rd 2019... my two little boys and I had left the hospital and went to get medicine for my 9 year old. My 7 year old wanted one of those blueberry lemonades and my 9 year old who had been so sick in ER wanted a pretzel so bad but threw up while we were there ???? She paid for my 7 year olds lemonade and told my 9 year old to come back and see them when she hopes he feels better... I wish I knew your name but you absolutely touched my heart. Hope we see you soon. We’d like to give you a token of our appreciation just for being so kind ❤️❤️❤️”
