“One of the best bagel spots on long Island. Open at 5am, fresh hot bagels! Love love love Bagel Biz. If you aren't from the area, or from NY, you may be in shock over the prices. So just be prepared.”

“I wanted to edit this review to reflect that I moved to the area a little over a year ago. Shortly after our move, we visited Brendels for the first time and the bagels and breakfast sandwiches blew us away - they are now a weekend staple for my house. I love their coffee crumb coffee and they make very best BLTs. We love the establishment and the staff are so sweet. So grateful to have found them!”

“This is definitely one of my favorite destination spots on the motorcycle. Great food and service with a wonderful view of the water and boats. A very relaxing environment. Good for a sit down or take it to go and sit at the park across the street.”

“There is much good to say about nearly every bagel shop I have visited in this area but BC Bagels is now for sure at the top of my list. The ambience is pleasant, aided by piped in music that is not too loud. The staff is friendly, helpful and patient. As for the main event - the bagel - perfectly crafted with excellent taste and consistency. I had the lox spread which had just the slightest bit most effective hint of smokiness. The lox itself (I ordered sliced on top of the spread) was delectable and fresh, properly and generously garnished with capers, red onions and tomato. If you haven’t been, give it a try!”

“Great selection of pastries, certainly to tempt just about any sweet tooth, not cheap though. All offerings it seemed were made on premise, fully staffed bakery, a beehive of activity, aromas of various confections to tempt the palate. Went in with a $20 list, left with over $50, couldn’t resist getting a lot of extra items they looked so good. I went on a Friday afternoon and found it bustling with patrons dining in and taking out, serves a great selection of deli food also. I only sampled the pastries but other offerings looked equally as tempting.”

“It took nearly 30 minutes to get the order, which seemed a bit odd. However it was hands down the best ice cream I have had on Long Island. Well worth it. I had the waffle sampler.”

“This place is always steady and great. They have the best cappuccino and the best little cookies. In a great town, WHB, grab yourself a coffee and cookie and walk around, see the scenery. A great place to walk your dog as well. The staff is friendly and kind. They have smoothies, ice cream, bakery items and some food. A staple of Westhampton beach!”

“I eat salad all the time and I have never found one as good as this one in my life. The shrimp salad here was amazing it tasted as if it came right off of a BBQ. and the portion was huge. I also got a blueberry bagel with blue berry cream cheese made from scratch. the owner greeted me and was such a fresh breath of air so pleasant. I defiantly recommend this bagel shop.”

“Our first time being there and my husband and I loved the pizza place inside the location! Good price! The person in charge of the pizzeria came talked to us and even gave 2 garlic knots which where amazing, must try! The farm unfortunately is pricey. Which makes sense because it's a farmers market.”

“Recently moved to the area and I've tried a few places to have breakfast and hands down this is my top pick! Everything looks/ tastes so fresh and delicious, have been greeted with a smile and great customer service. Example, there credit card machine broke down and the owner (I believe he was the owner) told me without hesitation and without knowing who I am that I can come back tomorrow and pay. I went to the atm and paid but I truly appreciate him giving me that option. I strongly recommend this place you won't regret it!”

“Excellent soft and flavorful pretzels. I ordered a small rivets box. Since I showed up closer to the end of the day there weren't enough to fill the box, so the guy helping me threw in some cinnamon rivets! I have tried their normal sized pretzels before which are also just as tasty.”

“Local Sunnyside cafe with a Turkish twist! Ice coffee, lattes, and specialty drinks paired with breakfast, brunch, and lunch plates. Signature bagels are a must try depending on your preferences and bagel choice. Two blocks away from 46st-Bliss st on the 7 train it has a low-key/rustic vibe with down-to-earth employees and owner! Pretty comfortable with any accommodations and requests.”

“Don't be scared of a long line the service is always lightning fast. The bagels are good and meet discerning New York standards. If this is the closest bagel to you you won't be disappointed! Coffee is a big step up from diner coffee, but not gourmet - in other words you can get a large for under $3. Bagels are also very cheap, but toppings are not so you'll still probably pay about $10 for breakfast and coffee unless you're a plain bagel dude.”

“This is the closest to a true Italian cafe I could find in all of NYC. They even give you a tiny glass of club soda next to your espresso so you can cleanse your palate after drinking. Also their prices are SO reasonable for NYC (the prices aren’t Italian lol)! The manager is super nice as well. I ordered a bad cup of decaf iced coffee once, and he made a new iced decaf espresso for me. Even said I can make it double shot if I wanted. Just a super friendly, welcoming place with good authentic Italian coffee. It’s my favorite cafe in NYC!”
