“I've been eating at the Carriage House since I was a child in the 1980's. It's certainly not the same place, but some things remain a constant: the relish tray and crock of cheese spread(though it's no longer complimentary and considerably smaller), is still a must have on the table. The chicken parmesan is still unique and delicious. I miss the decor and feel of the original location but the taste of the marinated beef strips or the sirloin tips brings the nostalgia rushing back!”

“Luckily we didnt have too long of a wait. We were a group of four and sat with another group. Our server was absolutely amazing. We had a guy named Chris. Very tall. Our cook was also great. “A warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff awaits you at Elizabeth’s. And you will also find a very good pizza. I went two weeks in a row, and they make an all-around solid pizza—sauce and toppings were very tasty. The crust was a little dry and tough this time but not last time. That and the slightly high price are the only drawbacks. I would award 3.5 stars if I could.”

“Let me start by saying I am VERY particular about my French onion soup. This is by far the best home made soup I have ever had. The onions were sliced perfectly. Not too big not too small. The flavor was delicious and like most places it wasn't overly rich. Our server Justin was very attentive and polite. He offered a generous smile throughout the entire meal. He ensured we had an enjoyable experience. I will go back and specifically ask for him.”

“The food was delicious. The service was ok. It was a little annoying that you get one piece of bread with your meal only and it doesn't come with the kids meals. “The BEST Thai food in Winston-Salem! The green curry with chicken is my favorite. I also love the coconut soup. This is a great restaurant for vegetarians and vegans too! Plenty of choices for everyone. Try it, you won't regret it. I love that they dont Americanize their dishes, it's authentic Thai food, real Thai flavor, served with great hospitality. “Very good experience. The waitress did her job well. The double burger I ate had salsa, jalapenos, and crispy onions on it and it was ravishing. The fries were amazing with the parmesan cheese on it even though the portion wasn't as big as I would have liked considering the size of the fries but tasty nonetheless. I got a side of coleslaw and had to add salt and pepper to it though cause it was a tad bland. The strawberry cheesecake shake was to die for.”

Drive thru does get backed up during lunch/ dinner hours so plan to add about 15 minutes to your trip, especially if you're on the way to work and don't want to be late.
