“I'm not huge on subs but I do like Jimmy John's. I typically get the Vito or the Italian but the ham is also very good. Everything is either sliced or baked fresh in store everyday and you can really tell. I love the way it smells when the bread is baking. I also enjoy the kettle cooked chips and the pickles. The renew ranch is also very tasty. I'd say they make a pretty good sandwich and also very quickly which is good for me.”

“I'm giving three stars for the quality of the corporation and its quality of goods, but two stars were lost due to the lack of customer service. During my visit today, I was reluctantly helped by Sierra who was incredibly rude and acted like she had better things to do. She tried to rush my order by repeating the total at checkout as though she was telling me I was done ordering when I wanted to order a coffee. She should be happy to have a job as there are plenty of people who would happily work in her place. I've worked customer service for ten years and rarely write reviews, but this was aggravating because there was no reason for the way she treated us.”

“Everyone in my party of five enjoyed their food, and though one of the members ribs were tough, they replaced his whole meal and we got a desert on the house. Our waiter was funny and showed interest in us and we were often checked on so we always had full cups of drink. This was on a Friday night at 6, and we were seated immediately and we got our food relatively fast. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for any occasion!”

“Cool fun place. 1950s style diner. The service is quick and the food is pretty good too. They have awesome milkshakes too. If I had a single gripe it would be sometimes I have to wait a few minutes to pay as they'll just leave me waiting at the register. But overall this place is pretty good!”

“The mission is laudable and the menu ambitious, but our meal was uneven. The staff seemed "not-quite-ready-for-Prime-Time," with limited knowledge of the menu and drinks served. Our salads took some 20 minutes to be served, and then our entrees arrived only about five minutes after that. Worse yet, both the sides and proteins were cold. Again, I can appreciate that the staff is training, but if you're going to charge what they do, I think it is fair to expect better.”

The manger Brandy that was on shift was so professional and nice. And I always get divine customer service from a young lady named Italy that is usually working the register when I visit. “This place is great for coffee and food during the morning on the weekdays. The weekends need work. Coffee is normally mediocre and the staff is more worried about their phones and chatting then actually making food. I waited 11 mins to get a sliced and toasted bagel with cream cheese. There was 4 people working and no one even paid attention to the screen that had my bagel on it. Once receiving my bagel there was no apology for the wait or even any acknowledgement that I had been waiting that long. Then I get in my car and there is barely any cream cheese on it.”

“I had to drop my review from five stars to three. They started doing some karaoke thing at night and you can’t call in orders because it’s so loud they can’t hear the phone. They also used to be in business with order hero. They no longer do business with them and I had to leave a message with them to try and get my money back that i may not get back. The least they could remove order hero from their website. Here is my older review: All I can comment on is the pizza and the calzones. Some of the best in the area. The chicken they put on their pizza is awesome”

“This was my first time ordering dinner at North Point Grill and I enjoyed it tremendously! The young lady who took our orders was extremely courteous and friendly!! I ordered a fried catfish dinner and it was delicious. I ordered a flounder dinner for my dear Mom and she enjoyed her dinner. The restaurant was very clean, the parking lot was well-lit and clean.
