“Everyone working there genuinely seemed happy to be there and to see their customers. Chips came out with three sauces, one was a very mild salsa so all could enjoy them without being to hot for some. Guacamole tasted fresh, delicious but ask if you want more heat. Again very flavor ful but not overly heavy with jalapeno. The menu had a few gems to try that we haven't seen as well as the traditional selections. The Camerones in cilantro cream sauce was one I have not found frequently, and this one was very good and fresh, lots of medium shrimp, very filling and flavorful. Could lose the tails on them, but I managed to finish the entire thing! Grilled chicken was crispy and juicy. Both meals and the sides were perfect, other than getting all flour tortillas when one of us asked for corn. Plates could have been warmed some more before they were brought out so our food cooled a bit, maybe we were very early in the day, I believe they just opened up. Several of the staff visited our table to make our visit pleasant, great friendly service. Priced very well and we will continue to frequently visit!”

“I love firehouse subs, 2 of my favorites are the meatball & the firehouse "Hero" and that firehouse sauce on any sandwich is to die for I always pickup a bottle (can't ever have enough ????????) my wife's favorite is the club on a sub(add bacon) my son is also meatball all the way, I frequent the 1 in Indian trail if at work or the 1 off woodlawn/south Blvd both have great staff and my food always tastes fresh &delicious.... don't forget to donate if you can....????????????????????”

“This was my first time at Frutta. I have been wanting to go for weeks. I was served by Dennis this morning on my first go round. Lol. Yes I actually went back the same day. First trip I had the Hulk with an Acai base and Chocolate protein powder. I had bananas added and cacao nibs and it was DIVINE!!! Second trip I had the HULK with the Kale base and Chocolate protein powder. I subbed bananas for the blueberries and added cacao nibs. It was not as rich which was perfect! since I had already been earlier. Lol. I go to Smoothie King, and I love Juice Bar. I will continue, but Frutta is my favorite for now for bowls. This location also has 3 sizes. I believe GO BIG or GO HOME so I had larges both times. Smile. I will be return...”

“Pizza is really good and freshly prepared, we got a regular crust and a stuffed pizza and unfortunately I feel like the stuffed pizza is missing something? Maybe needs more cheese inside? Just tastes a little off balance with the amount of dough and meats/cheeses etc. The regular pizza baked perfectly in our oven, nice soft crunch and the flavor is outstanding. I definitely recommend this place if you want a pizza to take home that's not frozen, tastes very good, and you are patient and can appreciate the preparation put in and the fresh ingredients. At least you can watch your pizza the entire time from it being prepared, to baked, and in your stomach. As a first time try, I highly recommend.”

“Until the road is fixed in front of this hotel you can't subjectively suggest anything going on at this hotel. The interior is nice and the staff is ok in the main lobby but there's a layer of dust everywhere from the front doors opening and letting in the construction dust. The rooms were standard with all your basic needs. If you're just staying a day and you just need a spot to lay your head and the price is right, this place will do fine... Otherwise, stay off Independence for now, there are better hotels in this price range.”
