“At the time of writing this, this is Stillwater's newest Mexican restaurant. The time we choose to go wasn't too terribly busy so we were quickly set and quickly served. They brought out chips and salsa immediately. They had two types of salsa, a red regular salsa and a green creamy salsa. They also had some herbed pickled carrots. The regular salsa was just okay but the creamy green salsa was spicy with good flavor and very delicious. I also asked for a spicier salsa and they had one. They brought it out and I didn't find it to be much spicier but it had a very nice smokey flavor to it. As an appetizer we had choriqueso and it was good. I felt like the ratio of chorizo and queso were melded well and it made it nice to eat. I decided to get something that I wouldn't normally order because it sounded interesting. It is a vegetarian chimichanga. I was surprised by how delicious it was and it had many different vegetables inside. The rice and beans had a nice flavor and the meal was good overall. My partner had a molcajete which had the nicest presentation I've ever seen any restaurant we've gone to. The strips of meat and cactus and peppers were all cut in such a way that they draped over the bowl and inside was even more deliciousness. The meat was tender, the peppers and the Napoli's had a good flavor. Overall it too was a really good dish. Upon first impressions, this is a good place to go eat. It's a little bit pricier than the other places but I feel that their presentation and flavors make up for the added price.”

“I am so glad that Halal restaurant opened. It is a family business. The owner and staff were friendly, welcoming, and generous when I had tiny winy issue. I tried several options from their menue , but I recommend the following: 1/Falafel : I order pcs I asked them to be fried when I arrive, and oh my they were heaven! 2/ Meat pie ( araa-yes laham) was my favorite it was super! 3/The beef burger sandwich comes with sauce, slices of tomatoes, onion and fries and it was delicious😍🔥. “Great Thai spot and will definitely be back! Amazing hospitality… was greeted with a complimentary cup of soup. The appetizer sampler was delicious and also a great value. I loved the green curry. The Thai eggplant was delicious in it. I ordered it hot, but not Thai hot. I found it to be very tolerable and next time I will order it Thai spicy because I’m a lush for spice. I don’t recall which dish my friend ordered, but the thinly sliced chicken was a tad dry and the sauce was definitely on the sweeter side. The flavors were still good. That said, will definitely return to sample more dishes!”

“I brought my mom because I had heard great things. However, it was kind of lacking. I got the Bahn Mi and the Quiche and my mom got the burger. The high point was the Quiche...it was absolutely fantastic! My Bahn Mi however had barely a dab of the sauce that had been so praised, and, although the meat was fresh, it overall didn't have much of a flavor profile. It was warm, but not hot, as if it had been sitting. My mom's burger was worse. It was a smallish burger, didn't appear to be a 1/4 pound, also looked as if it had sat there for a good minute, and was dry. The fries were good, albeit also warm, not hot and there was a great, small cafe ambiance going for it, oh, and the wait staff were good. That's about it. My trip may have been just a fluke, and I advise others to try it, but I won't be returning myself.”

“We went to lunch at Toast on Route 66 and everything was incredible! It's a brunch-style place, so they have everything from waffles to burgers. Mom got the fish and chips. I got the Cuban sandwich with fries drizzled with truffle oil, and our friend got shrimp and grits. I DO NOT like grits, but they were so good I would order them next time. My favorite things were their homemade tortilla chips with Mexican Street Corn Dip, homemade pickles, and the cinnamon roll with candied pecans, but everything was amazing!! The cinnamon roll in the photo was big enough for 4 people, but you won't want to share it.”
