Sebastiano's

Address: 411 SE 81st Ave, Portland, OR 97215, USA

Bakery Restaurant

“Absolutely incredible every single time. My Sicilian-heritage husband and his cousin marvel at every dish, their eyes lighting up as they whisper to each other, “it tastes JUST like Grandma’s…” and then whispering much more quietly, “it’s better than Grandma’s…” Don’t sleep on Sebastiano’s. They’ll always make you happy. P.S. New Season’s sells their vegan chocolate chip olive oil cookies in their cookie bar for when you are fully addicted and need to be able to buy these cookies every day of the week…Sorry not sorry for telling you.”

“do you guys have the blue star lemon poppyseed dooughnut”

Blue Star Donuts

Address: 672 S Gaines St #2, Portland, OR 97239, USA

Bakery Cafe Restaurant

“I'm a real donut lover. I seen it new donut locations wherever I have the chance. I was thrilled to find another donut establishment. I must say when I first walked in I wasn't sure what to expect from the quality of their donuts because they didn't have a big selection like I was expecting. They were only about a dozen choices maybe. For as big as the building is you would really think they would have more choices. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I tried a tropical delight donut because it was one of the best donuts I've ever tried. There were so many flavors packed into this one diamond donut. A lot of their donuts have alcohol in them which I have also never tried. The apple cider fritter was okay but something I probably won't be trying again. That tropical delight on the other hand is something I would drive miles out of my way to get another one of. Oh and a quick heads up, the donuts costs about $12...I know, but seriously try the tropical delight.”

Screen Door Eastside

Address: 2337 E Burnside St, Portland, OR 97214, USA

Bakery Restaurant

“The 4 of us had a wonderful breakfast. I was the only one who hadn't been there before and their hype about Screen Door lived up to its name. The Shrimp & Grits were perfect, seriously. Hopefully they do Salmon with Grits soon, I'd be back soon for that childhood favorite! The Pecan bacon was a first for me, it was rich and a fantastic shareable. Pricey, so we can't visit all the time, but I'm definitely treating myself on the regular.”

Pix Patisserie / Bar Vivant

Address: 2225 E Burnside St, Portland, OR 97214, USA

Bakery Restaurant

“The idea of a dessert vending machine is so freaking amazing. One thing I would say is that if you love creme brulee as much as me, this one has a really waxy texture. Not a deal breaker, just something you'd want to know. The sugar stays crunchy though!”

Henry Higgins Boiled Bagels

Address: 523 NE 19th Ave, Portland, OR 97232, USA

Bakery Cafe Restaurant

“Henry Higgins bagels are unmatched in Portland. I'm sorry to be the dreadful "I grew up in NY" person, but I'm going to do it just because I'm so impressed by these bagels. All through high-school bagels were a breakfast staple and snack as a hungry teen. There were even a few corporate chain stores that had great boiled bagels. But Portland is a deadzone for good boiled bagels. Henry Higgins does it right though. So good. I'd be very sad if they disappeared.”

The Veggie Grinder sandwich was really scrumptious, then a perfectly baked and delicate pecan sticky bun for dessert :-)”

“Incredibly friendly staff, huge pie selection and unexpected fantastic caramel brownie! They were out of the flavours I wanted to try but regardless the Cherry pie was tasty. Not super sweet and it had a tang to it- I think due to the local cherries they use? I just wish I could have tried more and especially the quiche as it looked fab.”

Located inside the Killingsworth Station is food carts there’s a covered table to sit and wait for your order. I got the breakfast sandwich Bagel Bomb with sausage and it was great. Just how I like a fried egg on a sandwich. It really hit the spot. I got a cappuccino without any added flavoring. The service is great and I picked up a punch card. I recommended stopping by since it’s an easy detour.”

Highly recommend.”

Charlie's Deli & Delivery

Address: 22 NW 4th Ave, Portland, OR 97209, USA

Meal delivery Bakery Restaurant

“The food is fresh and the combinations they create are delicious. For instance, I had little idea of how their homemade soup would taste, but it was the best tomato basil soup- yet not tomato basil because they added other things- it was just mouth watering. I ended up buying a couple bowls to last me for a couple days. I had the Alicia veggie sandwich, and they will add or subtract ingredients so you can make it your own if you like. Like I said, all of the ingredients including the bread are fresh and the containers and all the food are well packaged. They make their own croutons which are like a side order in themselves. Their soup is so good, I eat the croutons as a snack. I highly recommend Charlie’s Deli. Consistent and high quality.”

Panera Bread

Address: 1400 N Tomahawk Island Dr, Portland, OR 97217, USA

Bakery Meal takeaway Cafe Restaurant

“The place was not clean no where to sit. My soup was pure broth no chicken no noodles. My daughter's salad was super dry. I wasn't able to get a different soup without a hassle so I just ate salad and left. The establishment in Vancouver is nicer cleaner and great service. Krep in mind we ate here at approx 830pm. Not impressed.”

Posies Bakery & Cafe

Address: 8208 N Denver Ave, Portland, OR 97217, USA

It's a cute space that can tend to get crowded, especially at the expected times of day. But in general it's usually possible to find a spot to sit. Good menu options, and some of the best baked goods around. The vegan pumpkin bread is delicious.”

Bakery Restaurant

“This was our last meal in Portland, OR and we ended on a good note! Burgers: the meat tastes fresh, really juicy, fatty, and just satisfying. The garlic fries were so addicting too. However you'll definitely have the garlic breath right after. Burgers kind of remind me of Shake Shack. Tilt Handcrafted Food and Drink, Built For The American Workforce”
