“If you are learning to ski, don't overlook this often overlooked ski area on Mt. Hood. It's only got one chairlift, and a dozen trails, but that's all you need when you are learning. This reminds me of old New England mom and pop ski areas I learned on as a kid. the views are amazing on a clear day, you are right on Mt. Hood, and can see Baker and Mt. Rainier from the top. It's now owned by Mt. Hood Meadows, but is still that mom and pop feel. I had a recent day there for my son's ski race and the groomed runs were hard pack, but the edges of the runs were untracked powder from a 5 day old storm.”

The pork ribs were meaty and may have a bit to much heat in the spice for some folks but they were cooked perfectly as was the beef brisket, very tender and a nice amount was served. Had two Mac n cheese offerings that were good. I like the Texas style the best. We will go back and try his smoked pork belly next visit. They were still cooking at the time but looked really good. Sound like they are planning to expand and have more offerings in the near future. Super nice people to talk too also.”

The bummer is that it has. become really difficult to justify the cost of a regular sub, chips, drink, and a decent tip.. My go to is the 8 1/2. (A number 8 + roast beef + cherry pepper relish, Mike's Way on white.) $20 is A LOT of money for a sandwich for one person. When will it cap? A customer loyalty points program like Black Rock coffee has would be nice. A free sandwich for every 10 or something? But yeah, the food is ridiculously good. Fresh, tasty, constantly delicious. Everything a classic sub should be. This location has great people working there and a good , clean store. Keep it up!”

He was attentive when he takes your order, however after your order is brought… you no longer get the service that you expect to receive while dining at a time when it’s not completely busy. It took 10 min to get a refill for ice tea, water and potatoes. When I was done with my drinks it took another 15 min to get another refill, but never came by. So I left after paying my bill. If you eat at RR please make sure you get someone who will served you till the end of your courses. Make good choices tho!! Cheers”

“I love Mitate! I have food allergies so dining out is limited for me. I get very excited when I find a place like this where I can eat anything on the menu. Vegetable sushi is often an after thought at regular restaurants and often bland. Because this is their specialty, the veggie sushi rolls at Mitate are amazing. They are beautiful and full of complex flavors. You can tell they take pride when crafting their menu. The service is wonderful and I always feel that it is worth the 20 minute drive to get their!”

It is some really good ground beef and the fries are fresh cut from potatoes they fill the container then dump a bunch more in the bag. They are awesome they do not skimp on anything.
