Huge step up from the little produce stand, so have patience.”

The staff working behind the bar was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good selection and variety of different beers. All the beers I tried were very good. “My family was excited to see there is now a Jersey Mike's closer to us...we had a big order 6 subs. They were very well staffed as it was still their grand opening week. Everyone was very friendly and inside was pretty busy but not too bad. Super clean!! When we got home we found we were missing my daughters sub, called up and was handed over (not saying that negatively) to the owner and he was very apologetic and offered to correct the mistake right away. The other 5 subs were perfect and delicious!! Still giving them 5 stars because of the great customer service and excellent food. This Jersey Mike's is much better than the one down on Fruitville Pike.”

“This is one of the BEST hookah bars I've ever been to. The service was absolutely top notch - very attentive, kind, spirited, and funny. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy with sofas and colorful low lighting throughout. There are many games for guests to play, including Super Smash Ultimate and a plethora of board games. They have many hookah flavors and drinks to enjoy. The hookah itself is priced fairly/med-high with special add-ons, but well worth your money. They even have a private VIP room and a points reward system. This is definitely my preferred home hookah bar in Lancaster.”

“The food was good. The service was bad. The bar was relatively empty and it took awhile to even order drinks. It was 7:30 so the restaurant as a whole wasn't packed. Then we had to ask for a menu. Then it took the bartender a long time to take our order. The food came in a reasonable amount of time. No napkins. I had a burger that was good but messy. Food was good. Service was poor”
