“Great looking shop It's a very efficient set up for on the go or If you want to sit for a little while and enjoy you order. In our case we were passing through on our way back home from Atlanta, the employees were engaging, fun and attentive. The restaurant was clean and it was refreshing to see the cashiers were staying busy even when traffic would slow down. I will visit again when I'm in the area”

“Went to Status Dough today on my work break. Honestly, the best donuts I've ever had! Service was extremely friendly and efficient and she even gave me an extra donut without me knowing until after payment. Great place, great service!”

“We went on a Sunday, about 4pm. There was only one other family in the restaurant, so we were able to order immediately. Our food was prepared quickly, and was hot when brought to the table. It's been a while since we've eaten at a McDonald's, and even longer since we last ate at this particular location. The restaurant, as well as the women's restroom, were clean. The employee behind the counter was friendly and attentive.”

“It was AMAZING. Cinnamon rolls by themselves are a thing of beauty, but these are next level. There are so many delicious options and they even have examples of great combinations if you get overwhelmed. And if you just want to stay with a tried and true classic you won't go wrong that way either. Wow wow wow x100”

“I ordered a big mac meal with no special sauce and hot fries. My fries were hot and delicious but my burger was room temperature and the cheese never melted. The bun wasn't even warm as was the meat burgers. Didn't enjoy my sandwich so 50/50 rating =3 stars.”

“The Employee's at this location are very polite, helpful, courteous & really go out of the way to satisfy each customer! Everything we order, is wonderful & fresh! By far, the best DD location in the area! ☕ ????????”

“No matter what you order or what time of day it is you will always be asked to pull forward and wait for them to bring it out to you so if you're in a hurry this is never the place to choose. This is also weird considering a lot of the time your order comes right out within a minute of you parking so other than them inconveniencing the customer and tricking the timer to make their time appear faster I really don't see the point in this since it takes more time to have to keep walking in and out with orders and more work when that time could be used helping the other team members to prepare and dispense the orders faster.”

“Great place to eat, great selection of healthy good and drinks. The only problem I have is every time I order, I get a salad with extra salad dressing, and they forget the extra dressing every single time. Not a big deal, just a minor annoyance. Other than that, this place is perfect!”

“These donuts are awesome any time of the year but this patriotic dozen is just beautiful. They have specialty donuts year round for every holiday but it's hard to beat the awesome, melt in your mouth, fresh, hot, original glazed donut. Look for the red " hot" sign to get these just off the line. Be sure to try the new donut that celebrates the 50th anniversary of the moon landing. Simply delicious!”

“There's a lot of weird horror stories in the reviews here which I just don't understand. The Frog in a Ditch is the tastiest thing ever, all of their sandwiches are fantastic, it's a sit-down restaurant where you can get a latte in Knoxville which is a miracle in and of itself. Maybe a little pricey but I haven't felt swindled or anything. Always been a good experience for me.”

“Just came here for the first time, but I've been meaning to come here for quite a while. I wish I'd come sooner! I had the bread pudding, which is changed daily. Today's was peanut butter and chocolate, and it was amazing. The staff have been nice as well, and appear to enjoy working here. I will most definitely be returning.”

“Is this the best donuts in town? Perhaps. I have not found any other location with fast, cheap and good all rolled into one. Custom made to order, cake batter donuts. They have good selection, great price and quick service. This might be the top of the list for donuts in Knoxville.”

“It was great! I got the bacon and cheese souffle and it was delicious ????. The customer service was great also. There was a lady who was very polite and she came around to the different tables picking up the plates as people were finish eating. She gave great service with a smile! Will definitely be back.!”

“The service was great at this location. The only issue I have is that the ice cream machine was not working that was the only reason that I had stopped in this location because I had stopped at a location several miles down the road and their ice cream machine was not working as well. Now it was a Sunday and I don't know if that's the day they clean their machines or what was going on but maybe this is something that could be done after hours. This is my only complaint everything else was great”

“After 3 employees walked past me in front of the register, splitting tips out, without acknowledgement, I spoke up and said, "Well hello, how are you all today?" They just kind of stood there, stunned for a moment. I wasn't mad at them, I was upset that nobody acknowledged me when three people were standing right there. My chocolate colada and dozen donuts look wonderful though.”

“This place is amazing! Becca always takes care of us. This is our go to spot while we are in town. We get amazing healthy smoothies and other healthy, conscious food items. I've been loving the dirty hippie with a few additions. You got to go check this place out and experience their magic! The Owner is a stand up guy and I always enjoy our conversations. He is running the best spot for smoothies, conscience beverages and food.”

“Sudden decision to have dinner with my youngest son. He tried several fountain drinks but said they seemed about empty. My tea was great! I had a breakfast pancake 'bun', egg, and sausage for the first time. Son's chicken sandwich on a bun wasn't as tender; seemed like a pretzel-bun. But he was hungry and ate it anyway. The young cashier was very friendly.”

“I don't buy Donuts like I use to mostly do to your app not working properly. I built up to a free dozen and you updated your app taken my free dozen with the update. However the Krispy Kreme on Broadway has some great people working there. Its clean. So I'm giving a soft 3 out of 5.”

“I love the small, rustic atmosphere of this cafe that also succeeds in having a modern aura. Amazing food and friendly staff. A great place for a brunch date or even just a coffee at the bar. The location is in a good place although a bit out of the way. It is well worth it.”

“This was the absolute perfect Dunkin Donuts for this location! One of the coolest indoor and outdoor chill / study spots ever. Same old good coffee and mini donut munchkins with a hint of modern millennial flair. Students this is where you want to be just like Visa. nothing else special here but definitely a place that you can lose yourself for a little while and just chill.”
