“When I was in my 20s, I lived down the street from a 24/7 Krispy Kreme. That was a major college town, so I guess it could support it. Here in Bartlett TN, we're lucky if the regular open/operating lights come on promptly at 6 a.m., much less Hot Donuts Now. The regular town sidewalks don't even unroll before dawn. Nowhere really reliable to get food for early working folks in this town. (Still, when you doughnuts at Krispy Kreme, they are tasty, and the coffee is good.)”

“The food was fabulous. Great selection of breakfast and more. Had the Marti gras omelette and seared scallop topped omelette with Abe Bloody Mary and Rwanda coffee. Very very tasty. The hour and a half to get our party of 7 into eat was a bit off-putting. Yelp app and in person don't mesh well to stem the wait but if you're a party of 4or less it's not bad. Give them a shot. It's worth it. ****Update**** The owner responded below and I appreciate that they care. I hope that they'll take notice of the amount of reviews that detail the space issue for larger groups. With 7 we were a larger group but by far not the largest I've been party to in a situation like this. But the owner needs to realize it's parties like ours don't want to just eat and run. A larger space would by far assist in the success of the business. Looking forward to another location in a further east location soon. That would help too. ????????????”

“Normally we get good service here but today was crazy. They gave our order to the person in front of us (at drive thru) and then had us wait in the reserved spot. Only to totally forget about us ! After waiting 15 minutes we had to go in and wait another 5 minutes of being ignored. Finally someone helped. I give 3 stars for mostly good service here but you should also not ignore paying customers and make us wait when you're the reason to wait in first place.”
