“Was most pleasantly surprised at this unique restaurant in this small place. The food was delicious and the portions where large!!!!!!!!!! Our waitress was the sweetest little girl. We would highly recommend this restaurant. We gave it five stars but it needs 10!!!!!!”

“These guys are trying to make the customer experience better but it is still a work in progress. Sometimes, they will omit items from orders. But they are happy to fix any problem with a smile and an apology. On the up side there has never been a problem with the quality of the food here. It is always fresh and prepared correctly.”

“Einstein is one of my favorite places to grab a bagel in Clarksville! They offered diverse array of sandwiches, and can custom-make sandwiches as well. Staff is always friendly, and there are various drink offerings, including an amazing Blackberry lemonade. Limited desserts are also available here, and on select nights, there can be live music.”

“Employees have always been friendly and helpful. The food has always tasted fresh and good. Normally the donuts leftover will keep fine without drying out for a few days. Best to go during the Hot and Ready time or whatever it is called with the sign lighting up. The regular donuts are best to get during that time. However the regular donuts and some of the creme filled or frosted ones are pretty good leftover after being heated in microwave few a few seconds too.”

“The service was kinda slow. But it was peak lunch time. My food was fresh not dry. And the ladies at the drive through were very very sweet.”

“My breakfast experience this morning was great and unexpected. Terrific service by the server named DJ and lots of little unexpected surprises. The muffins were so large that they looked as big as my head! I had half of a blueberry muffin and even though I wasn't supposed to eat wheat I just couldn't resist. The wheat issue here is a real problem and keeps me from coming to this restaurant, but I said yes to my kids this morning and I'm glad I did. I had to work real hard to eat a breakfast that didn't have wheat in it which I think is a huge fault for this company. If this company is going to stay afloat they're going to need to modify their menu to include people who can't tolerate wheat products because at this point they have very little to offer. The food quality is terrific but if I have to work hard to figure out what to eat it discourages me from wanting to eat there. Just gluten-free toast is really a good start but having gluten free bread for any sandwich it's a must for a restaurant in 2019. This restaurant seems like it's a little lost in about 2003. However I really enjoyed my experience this time and we'll try it again when I can splurge and have a little wheat. Because those muffins oh my goodness they're worth the trip.”

“Went in a little after 9 during a road trip and a lovely girl named Hope helped us at the register. The play area was closed and she was about to clean it and I was hoping to let my 16 month old blow off some steam and stretch his legs which she allowed us to do even though it set back her cleaning schedule. GREAT customer service and I hope McDonald's treats her well! Good luck with the little girl Hope!”

“My first time back in Jamestown in 28 years, we ate here for breakfast before going out to all our old properties and stomping grounds. The ladies that worked 08/12/2019 were absolutely wonderful servers and made the experience a blessing to all of us. I missed the area so much and I am so happy to see such a great little hometown café doing so well.... God Bless you all and I hope and wish you all the best!”

“I love this place , it's our favorite coffee and sandwich stop in Jamestown. It's clean , and the workers are all team players. It gives you a home like feeling. The staff , from managers to workers are very friendly , and that creates a warm atmosphere. The food is usually spot on , and if it's not , they go the extra mile to make it up to you. How much more could you ask for. This is not only our favorite McDonald's, it's the best one , no matter where we go there is none to top Jamestown. ????????”

“I would think that the most important lessons in fat food service would be the easiest to remember. Regardless of how fancy your restaurant or how clean it is that isn't the lasting impression taken from a visitor. The quality of the food is what people remember. If your food is fantastic people can forgive a lot. In closing (quality should never take a back seat for the sake of speed).”

“I'm leaving a 3 start. Customer service is good. But I had to call 5 times before someone would pick up phone. And then didn't know what a light and sweet large iced mocha was. That's why I deducted 2 starts from your overall avarage”

“Like I have said before it's McDonald's. Food is pretty much the same in consistency across the world. McDonald's in Germany was just like being at the one down the street. But there are 2 things you can almost count on at any McDonald's you find anywhere in the U.S.. 1, if you order through the drive through it's a 50/50 chance they get your order wrong and 2, the ice cream machine is down.”

“Fast service and delicious food. This Diner has it going on! Reasonable prices. Burgers are huge and tasty. Save room for a slice of pie if you can. It can get crowded, but wait a few minutes for seating. It's worth the wait.”

“Pretty standard McDonald's and standard service. Late night expect to wait a long time. And the floor in the dining room seems to be either sticky or slippery often. But the food is pretty good.”

“While we love Auntie Anne's Pretzels, the South Knoxville Walmart location leaves something to be desired. Sure, they can make a decent pretzel but the service is consistently bad. I am so sorry I bothered your standing around by ordering food. Now you begrudgingly have to do your job! This is always the attitude. If it's on your menu, I don't feel bad ordering what I want and not some pre-made items that have been sitting in the warmer. I absolutely want a fresh pretzel if I am going to pay those prices. I wonder if managment is aware or if they even care. I can't imagine corporate would want their name represented this way.”

“Great tasty food for a very affordable price considering the location and quality of food. I have ate at a lot of places offer fresh "clean" eats food, but you pay so much for it that its hard to justify it. The Arnold Wrap is huge and it comes with a drink for just $7.99. Plus their meal prep make eating healthy through the week fulfilling, enjoyable, and doesn't make me feel like I'm dieting or clean eating because they are so tasty and they are so much healthy than the "healthy" box meals from the store.”

“Wow! What a great selection of crepes for morning or night. I stopped here for a lunch bite and the veggie crepe hit the spot. I added an over medium egg to round it out that ended up more over easy, but I'm not picky. Check out their extensive list of espresso and coffee drinks. Eat outside even on a sunny day as the patio is well shaded through the morning and into the afternoon.”

“One of the best gluten free bakeries in Knoxville if not the best. Original recipe offerings fresh everyday. Polite and courteous service in a clean and inviting atmosphere. The smoothie I had was yummy. Most everything pastry in the glass is as good as you hope it will be. Sure specialty baked goods with quality ingredients is expensive but it's worth it...”

“We loved the cabins, horses, and trails ar the Wildwood Inn. Will and Lisa are awesome people. They rescue, rehabilitate, train, and Re-home horses. Or they keep them for trail rides and a planned retreat for troubled teenagers. The trails are easy, well marked, and offer beautiful vistas. Our cabin was comfortable and well stocked with puzzles and horsey magazines to keep us happy.”

“As any other fast food restaurant they offer food that isn't healthy. The only good thing about it is the friendly staff and restrooms are clean. There’s a lady cleaning but she’s not doing her. It seems to me that she’s just trying to do her job to get paid.”

“I'm not a big fan of Sam's Greek Cafe I looked at the Lamb Gyros cost about $9.99 but the Chicken nuggets cost 4.00 and some cents plus tax which they want one more dollar I got some McCormick's Season and Cumin seed which tasted really good. I had some sprite to drink but it tasted kinda off.”
