Rudy & Paco Restaurant and Bar

This is undoubtedly the best upscale restaurant in Galveston. Their service and food presentation are phenomenal. I've been here four times and have always ordered their Latin (inspired? fusion?) dishes because their discriptions sound right up my alley. Unfortunately, they're always a disappointment - usually missing much of the South American spice. My family loves their classic American cuisine and the steak, burger, and other dishes I've tried were delicious.

Excellent service. Great bread and butter and potato side dish...very light but tasty. Good steak. So-so salmon over a too-sweet sauce, though.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary here! Our server Rebecca was very knowledgeable about the wine and food choices. We loved all of her recommendations. She was on top of clearing off the table as we finished courses, not to mention the food was AMAZING!! Will definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our meal. The synchronized service is VERY impressive, I think we enjoyed watching the "dance" at the other tables almost as much as our own. The service is really impeccable, I can't say enough about it.
Paco was so much fun! He greeted us and he stopped by our table a few times. He was great! We can't wait to go back.

This is an impeccable place to eat. My wife and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary here. We were stunned by the romantic yet homey vibe. The food ????????❤❤ the most deliciously eclectic cuisine we have eaten. It has tied with my favorite restaurant in Italy. I am counting down the days till our return. Well done, Paco. Just AMAZING!!!
