Omg! Everything was wonderful! Had martinis that were made perfectly, we opted for the Texas Wagu and it was Amazing definitely worth the extra! Staff was great! If you are considering a special night out this is the place! Don't have to drive off island to Perry's, this is even better!!!

Could cut my steak with a fork. Our waiter was very knowledgeable on the different cuts. Atmosphere was nice and upscale. Great place.

The best food you've ever eaten! The staff and management were so nice and treat you like a million bucks. Would recommend if you come to Galveston as a place you must eat at.

Vargas Cut and Catch is the new “hot spot” in Galveston. The ambiance and decor are like something out of New York City. The food is excellent, as is the service. Be sure to check out their bar for happy hour food and drinks. Definitely give them a try when you’re visiting the island. Reservations are recommended.

I have been waiting for this place to open. The steak was cooked to perfection.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, some nerves were showing but that’s understandable as it’s a new restaurant. There were a few things I wanted to highlight and they were well received by the restaurant manger. This place was great, soon it will be brilliant once it’s found it’s feet. I highly recommend.
