Half of a piece of bacon was burnt to a crisp and the chocolate in the croissant was hard as a rock. Pastry surrounding it was dry. I’d come back but most likely I’d stick with the egg dish or pancakes.”

“This is an amazing restaurant, a hidden gem!! The atmosphere inside was so inviting, but we chose to sit on the patio because it was a beautiful day????. Our waiter, Chris, was amazing and the menu item, pulled pork tacos, he suggested was amazing!! The blueberry/blackberry mimosa was delicious. The service was outstanding and he was very friendly & personal! We enjoyed it so much that we returned the next day for brunch!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a yummy place to eat and relax!!”

“Update: The station Owner called me today and apologized sincerely. He said that with all the rain we’ve been getting, the critters have been looking for new homes. An exterminator had already been at work on the problem and it would be taken care of STAT. I was impressed that he reached out to me and I feel much better about visiting this station again. ———— I always get gas here, they have the best price for E85 in town. But, today as I was leaving I saw a rat crawling around right by their front door. I tried calling the store when I got home, but the number online is only linked to a fax machine. I called Circle K customer service and was on hold for 37 minutes before I gave up and left a voicemail. I saw this rodent in the middle of the afternoon which means it probably has rabies. I will not go back to this corner store until I am assured that this issue has been dealt with. Please don’t respond by giving me the 800-number, I tried that already and it was a waste of my time.”

The weekend buffet is fabulous; they have the standard salad bar, but with fried catfish and chicken strips, great Tex-Mex, southern style vegetables, and famous desserts.
