“We were in Waco on vacation. I asked the cashier at HEB what the best Pizza place in town was. Him and about 3 other employees chimed in and said Poppa Rollo's. So of course we tried it. My wife and I both had pizza. She built her own, I go the works. Both were EXCELLENT. They do not skimp on the toppings, crust was great, and pizza sizes/prices good. We both got smalls and still left with left overs. Great place with a hometown feel and great food.”

“Saw this restaurant on Diners, Dives and Drive-ins and thought we would try. Guess what? This is an absolute stop for us every time we return as Winter Texans on our way back to Minnesota. The Double Whiz Pig is the best burger I've ever had in my life. And great every time we stop. Can't wait till the next time! One time, we stopped and saw a family eating at one of their tables. We told them this was the best burger place ever! They said thank you so much and introduced themselves to us. The Owners!!!! LOL”

“We were the only people in the restaurant. Seemed like most of the business was take out and delivery because although we were alone in the modernly decorated dining room, they were busy. The menu was pleasantly diverse, so everyone should be able to find something to their liking. Everything we ordered was excellent except for a dish with Kimchi, and it might be great if you like that. So we almost all left pleased. Great value for the money spent, and the staff was kind and attentitive. We will definitely be returning”

“Update: The station Owner called me today and apologized sincerely. He said that with all the rain we’ve been getting, the critters have been looking for new homes. An exterminator had already been at work on the problem and it would be taken care of STAT. I was impressed that he reached out to me and I feel much better about visiting this station again. ———— I always get gas here, they have the best price for E85 in town. But, today as I was leaving I saw a rat crawling around right by their front door. I tried calling the store when I got home, but the number online is only linked to a fax machine. I called Circle K customer service and was on hold for 37 minutes before I gave up and left a voicemail. I saw this rodent in the middle of the afternoon which means it probably has rabies. I will not go back to this corner store until I am assured that this issue has been dealt with. Please don’t respond by giving me the 800-number, I tried that already and it was a waste of my time.”
