“Had to try this place since wife and I LOVE CAJUN. Did not disappoint. Got lucky with parking place right in front. Friends had to park a block away so parking is not their strong point here but food was wonderful. Wait staff very attentive and top notch. We'll be back. The food was very good, especially the gumbo and crab cakes. Pricing is reasonable and worth the quality.”

“Star is by far my favorite coffee shop in RR!! Friendly and efficient baristas with a pretty large drink selection...and they're delicious! (Trust me, I've done the legwork. ????) Plenty of seating inside the cafe with several spots to plug in your computer charger if needed as well as an outdoor seating area with about four or five tables. Great place to go work remotely or just hangout. They also have fun open mic nights! Definitely give this place a try if you haven't already!”

“Coming on a school holiday before 9am, there was no wait at all. The cashier verified that what I wanted did not have anything to which I am allergic. Then after I paid as I was walking to my table, I heard her tell the kitchen to change gloves because of the allergy! I got a mocha and an Anaheim Scrambler. The mocha was perfect, not too sweet, but not at all bitter. The eggs in the scrambler were moist and fluffy. The amount of bacon was surprisingly plentiful. If you want fast service, and delicious food, visit Corner Bakery Cafe. While eating, I noticed a business meeting between two men who came in after me and a woman who had been settled in with her computer since before I arrived. The tables, chairs, and booths are more comfortable than a large chain coffee shop I could mention. If you want a place to sit and work, go to Corner Bakery Cafe.”

“Best secret of downtown Round Rock. If you want to bless your tastebuds, you need to get here asap! Everything on the menu is good, I will be back here at least once a week. 5 stars for the taste, service and atmosphere.”

“Food is excellent! I like the pork belly dish, chicken thigh dish, the unique scallion dish, their garlic bread with specialty black garlic olive oil dip is amazing! I haven't tried the other dishes yet. Cocktails are prepared well here too. The service each time has been impeccable. I reserve my pocket book for this place on special occasions.”

“This review is biased to a Friday night visit. I followed my ears from the strip and found myself entering from the rear access street. Exceptional drink specials and top notch live music. The outdoor patio is the perfect size for an intimate venue, but also large enough to get a nice crowd vibe. The stage is plenty large for a band of 5.5 people, so the possibilities are endless. Shout out to Code Blue Band for a stellar 3 hour set. Will definitely be back.”

“It's a great bar! We like to go when Geno is working cause that guy is awesome and great at his job. You can tell he really cares about the place and the customers. There are other restaurants there we will try one day but we enjoy the Rock Bar so much we like to go there for an almost guaranteed nice night out.”

“I went for dinner. This isn’t a large restaurant or very fancy but they serve an excellent variety of home made pasta noodles with a huge variety of different sauces to top those noodles with. (They also have pizza but I didn’t try any.). Not your chain Italian restaurant and that is a very good thing in this case. Service was excellent. This would be a nice place for date night as long as your date is more interested in great food than pretentious atmosphere. I will definitely be back!”

“Had a great experience here. The Hostess was the "mostest," as the saying goes. She was energetic, friendly, and very accommodating. She talked to us, and helped us with our order. She had such a great personality. The food was good, and the restaurant atmosphere was what I expected, which was nice. There were a lot of people there, and the cook staff came out to eat on their break too. Definitely going back. I'll try to include pictures next time.”

“Not a big McDonald eater, but the place was normal. It has a play scape area and they brought the food out to you. My kids didnt want to play but The kids were being kids of course but I do recommend parents watch there children better and make sure there kids have socks in in play areas like this. They were playing 80s and older music which was nice but could of had some kids music in there for kids who were listening to it. Overall nothing bad, and good customer service.”

“after reading all the reviews finally got to try this place. It is local to me and easy to get to so we stopped in yesterday. I had the two meat plate with brisket and pulled pork and mac and cheese and cucumber salad with banana pudding for dessert. The brisket was good and very tender didn't care for the pulled pork much at all. Love their barbecue sauce was sweet and tasty. didn't really care for the cucumber salad which was different than I'm used to as it had kind of a clear sweet juice with it and sliced cucumbers. Mac and cheese was good as mac and cheese is. banana pudding was excellent although I only had one banana in it but it was very very good. Quite expensive I thought for what was there but all in all pretty good.”

“Fantastic food. My Al Pastor tacos were the perfect blend of savory and sweet. My wife had the Cuban sandwich which was also really good. The only reason I didn't rate this five stars was service was a little slow for a lunch meal. But the staff was very friendly. I would definitely come back.”

“This little shopping area has so many great little shops in it. From Starbucks to petshop, grocery to eating places, jewelry to floor shops. Lots to offer in small proximity.”

“A cozy place to eat fresh & low price Texmex food. It seems it is family-owned & operated. I had the Enchiladas & Beef Taco, while my wife had a veggie Tostada. We both loved our foods & agreed that it was so fresh. They also provide free chips & salsa so we didn't order any appetizers.”

“Looks like they don't know how to slice meat anymore...I got one thick slice of roast beef, and the tomatoes they put on the sandwich were tiny, almost like cherry tomatoes. This location has done way better in the past, just disappointing...and there wasn't anyone here, so they weren't busy to say the least.”

“This place is pretty nice and wide open space. They also have the stealth donation machines if you like to play games and last Monday they had free pizza for all of the patrons. Awesome!”

“I can’t get enough of this place. Their biscuits taste like those Hawaiian sweet rolls but better, hot and fresh. All staff here are always so friendly and helpful. Whoever does the hiring here, keep up the good work. The chicken is always so tender and juicy. Soft fries and yummy gravy. They never mess up our orders like the other fried chicken places. It’s nice that you can see everyone making the chicken. This location is always clean. Love it.”

“I chose this place for the crafted cocktails. They were trying out a new cocktail, it was not to my taste and the waiter asked my opinion on what I thought and asked for suggestions. End result a light refreshing cocktail and I had two! Then the food came out and it was great too. Will recommend and go back.”

“Best Sports Bar in Round Rock. Inside our Outside Seating both have ample TVs and the staff know how to change them to the game you want to see. (unlike many others) Best place to be if you're a Chicago Bears Fan. Food menu is a little fancy, but they have all the Bar Staples as well. Staff is quick and friendly.”

“First time there. Will go again. Food was good. Some some great staff interaction there. Mine was lacking. If you add or substitute something inquire about the up charge if any. Management was nice about the confusion. Asked for grated cheese on the side instead of being melted in the dish. Got an add on up charge for it. The same when I ask for the guacamole on my dish to be brought out with my appetizer. Only got the one but billed as if I ordered on the side.”

“I could not be happier with the quality of the food, and the atmosphere! The people that served me were nice and allowed me to take my time and not rush me. They also gave me a great deal with the meal, they allowed me to have a turkey sandwich foot long for the price of the 6 inch. The store was very clean and had lots of ice!”

“Cajun wings! Best spice and flavor balance for a wing place. The manager that relocates from New York was a super cool and nice guy. Wish I remembered his name....”

“The food is good, but while I was eating my chow mein noodles a white melted plastic was in between in. Mention it to one of the team members and they did not do anything about it!”

“Went in the store while a regional or district manager was there, and a lady in front of me did not have the money to pay after her card was declined. The manager proceeded to just take care of the pizza, without making a big deal of it! Amazing customer service, very refreshing to see!”

“This place is awesome. This time I had the honey glazed fried chicken, baked squash and fresh steamed broccoli and man oh man was it delish. I was very pleased. The food came out very quickly. The chicken was not those nasty fake strips either. I have no complaints. Manager was very nice as well. This place is a winner. Keep up the good work guys n gals❣️????”

“This is never my go-to McDonald's location, but it's on my way home from work so I go here sometimes. Just like many locations, it can either be swamped or just a few cars, depending on the timing and such. First time I went there, it was absolutely packed and me and my friends didn't even bother going in, cause it was so bad. The drive thru was just as bad, if not worse. Second time I went, it was a breeze. I got my food in less than five minutes and it was pretty fresh. Third time I've gone here, it was pretty busy, took a long while to get the food... But it was actually fresh and hot. I can easily overlook the wait, if the food is good. Overall, not a bad location and the employees have never been rude to me, my family or friends. Only con I can say, is that the wait can be horrid, at times.”

“I wish I could say something nicer about this location, since the staff is nice. But, more than once I've gotten weird or gross-smelling chips from this place. But sure what that's about.”
