“Absolutely Delicious and wonderful. The owner waited on us, and told us that all of the donuts were from their own personal recipes. They had some AMAZING choices, we chose the maple iced donut. It was INCREDIBLE!!! Service, food, and atmosphere were all wonderful. We WILL be back!!! I loved all of the Homer Simpson decor and told the owner this, he said "Who loves donuts more than Homer?" AGREED!!!”

“Erin and Pierre have opened a fantastic coffee shop in the heart of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. They are both super welcoming and have designed a great space to meet with friends or study. I spent 4 hours there today and was able to observe their consistently warm interactions with customers throughout. For menu items, I enjoyed a single origin pour-over coffee; it was spot on for both intensity and flavor. The ricotta toast (with strawberries and honey) was excellent as was the cinnamon roll (which will certainly be ordered again soon).”

“This was the star of our trip. We drove from Cape Cod specifically to experience VL. What a gem. Tucked away on a cutie pie street in an equally cutie pie town. The setting is bucolic and VL is the bomb. Inside, the bakers are creating amazing sweet and savory treats. I honestly cannot remember what our treats were called but they were divine. My partner had Turkish eggs and this fluffy bread. Don't ask, just GO. Mad love for VL.”

“My go-to stop for fresh bagels. I go early in the day to get the best selection. Great customer service and easy street parking right in front of the shop.”

“We sampled 5 different pastries and not a single one had a flaw. Kudos to the baker and the team. The items came out promptly and the prices are reasonable. The ambience is lively and fun but still relaxed.”

“Always a great spot to grab a bite! They have all kinds of sandwich options. I personally prefer a thinner style of bagel, but any of the sandwiches can be made on a wrap and they're always delicious and filling. It can get really busy but they're always staffed up with friendly, hard workers and the line moves quickly! Great local coffee too 🙂”

“Ever since the online ordering they have always gotten the order right and on time. I go about once a week as a treat to myself or if I am on my way out of Burlington. I recommend taking a look at the system and ordering since it it easy, has plenty of options (what does a triple toast look like?), and easy to do from a phone, but I tend to just do it on my laptop. Nice little spot since the cheapest gas in town is across the street and I get a slushy with my bagel... Can't recommend enough and go Everything (toasted) with the Maple Walnut cream cheese!!! M”

“Traveling to Vermont for the weekend and came here for breakfast two of the three mornings. First day I had the 802 specialty sandwich. And the second day I had the BBB breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious. I went with 4 other people and everyone enjoyed the food they ordered. The drinks were also amazing. Loved that they had Queen City Kombucha in store too!”

“Visited for the first time and couldn't decide what to try. Everything on offer was unique. I ended up buying 1 of everything just so I could sample different things. Part of me wishes they had more available behind the counter, but my wallet was happy with what they had. I've tried several pieces of candy so far and each of them far exceeded my expectations. Even some of the more out their flavors (blue cheese in dark chocolate? fruit loops in white chocolate?) ended up being absolutely delightful. It looks like they have a larger selection available to order online and I will definitely be giving them more of my business.”

“Had to swing by for a fresh drink and a small bite; was not disappointed. She got her standard oat milk latte, along with a GF buckwheat bar. The consensus is that things were just right! So happy to have found y'all, as we're staying near by. Thank you for being here and doing such a great job!”

“It's sorta the only option so gets lots of business. For as many employees working behind the counter, was always surprised how long it took to get our food. If you want your bagel "toasted" looks like you'll have to ask to send it through twice. Both times, it was barely done. Liked the scones although ran out of one flavor”

“Great staff except one women on the night shift. Very agressive and won't do anything like make pizza or coffee. Very rude. All other staff is great! The app has a lot of issues but that isn't the store fault”

“Love their fresh strawberry cream cheese w/real strawberries! Was there Sat. 9am ordered a dozen & 4 cream cheeses, had to wait 15 mins? It wasn't that crowded. Hadn't been here in a year & I had cash & the sign saying cash only was just in front of the register so I didn't see it until I had ordered so that was a drag. Then they have a container for tips with a bunch of Dollar bills in it! So they can touch that money? The bagels were sadly, a little hard for that time of day, ya can't expect everyone to get there at 7am on a SAT. Aren't you baking all day? I usually love the bagels here, just had to pop them in the microwave to get them a little soft.”

“While we'll miss Harvest Market, Dedalus is a great addition to Stowe. Staff is super friendly and knowledgable. We love all the interesting chocolates they carry, as well as the prepared food. It's been a pretty good spot to go to have a glass a wine and some snacks or a meal. Def sign up for their monthly wine club!”

“My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Café on Main. We placed an online to-go order for breakfast and lunch. I made a request to wrap the lunch sandwiches tightly as we would be carrying them with us on a hike of Mt Mansfield. We were met with not only phenomenal sandwiches, but personalized notes that made our day. We highly recommend Café on Main and will continue to visit on our trips to Stowe.”

“Great local bakery. Our hotel served bread from this bakery and we asked them where they got it from as it was that good and homemade!!! We had to stop on the drive back home to load up! You won't be disappointed as all of the breads and pastries are amazing!! I also attached a pic of the bread used on a sandwich from the hotel restaurant!!”

“I went there this morning before school and got an iced mocha which was amazing!!! But I order a fresh start on a plain bagel and the receipt said fresh start but I got a bagel and cream cheese. I spent $5.50 and got a plain bagel with cream cheese. Beside that it’s a great place to go get breakfast!!!”

“All the pastries look fantastic. You definitely wanna try them all when you enter. I had a fantastic biscuit. The pancakes were smooth and tasty. The breakfast burrito is a delight. I also had a toasted brioche sandwich which was excellent and fulfilling. The look of the various sandwiches is great, and if you are not hungry, you will definitely be when you will get your plate in front of you. Also, the waitresses were extremely nice. Superb place.”

“Met some friends here, for lunch today. So happy that they chose this place - I hadn’t been here since it was the Pasta Pot! Have driven by numerous times but now I know to stop. What a great lunch!!!! Awesome BLT. Had the leftover for dinner and it was still wonderful. The desserts in the case were like pieces of art! I saw some photos of the cakes they have made and the work truly amazing.”
