“When we got there there was only 3 people eating. We ordered soup and 2 sandwiches. There was a long wait for the soup (which was good) and about ten minutes later she started making our paninis. She said she was sorry about the wait and we came right at the lunch rush. I think it had more to do with what they were putting together in the back for mailing(?). There was only three more people who came while we were seated. The soup should have come with the sandwiches.”

“A great place. I’m a bit of a picky coffee drinker, it’s got to be quality. I usually find that kind of good coffee at places like this where they care about the craft. Also good food, the pesto turkey toast was filling and delicious. The last very important feature to a coffee shop is the seating arrangement. Here they score high too,with ample room and a good mix of tables for spreading out and comfy chairs for chilling. Definitely recommend.”

“In all honesty, best Panera I have been in a while. The customer service is really great. The runners are very professional. I have been to this specific Panera before and the service had not been top notch. In fact I stopped coming all together. I decided to give them a chance since I am tired of the competition. I am happy I did. Great service. Wonderful bake goods. I cannot attest to their salads or sandwiches because I have no had them but it is a wonderful third place. Kudos to the management!!! I will be back. I did not give them 5 stars because I have not had their food in a while.”

“This was by far the best experience I've had at a Panera in over 7 months. Parking is a headache during the weekend and dinner time but,hey it's South center. Usual set up to other quick serve restaurants, all major credit cards accepted. The dinning room and restrooms were clean the drink station was fully stocked, my order was correct, the guy, Mikey at the counter was super helpful, he even got me to try my new favorite cookie. If you stop in try the apple pie cookie it's awesome. Thanks again for the great service Mikey and for brightening up a gray weather day! And kudos to the kitchen team for finally serving a hot meal that was hot and not like warm.”
