Setsunai

Address: 45 Eads Ln, Lopez Island, WA 98261, USA

Restaurant

“Had a great time dining at Setsunai. After coming back from Japan, I was craving noodles. The bar was set high, so I was a little disappointed on the wait and the temperature of the broth, but other than that, it was savory, delicious and hey pretty close to the flavors I had just enjoyed in ramen shops in Tokyo. There are specific times that the restaurant is open, so you just have to become aware before showing up. Other than that, cudos to this small shop, one man kitchen, and all the love.”

Ursa Minor

Address: 210 Lopez Rd, Lopez Island, WA 98261, USA

Restaurant

“As far as I know, one of the best restaurants in northwest, truely focusing on local/seasonal/natural food experience in cozy atmosphere. They have various cooking approaches (raw, cooked, pickled, dried, fermented preserved etc.) based on the status of local, almost daily-changing ingredients (ripe/unripe, young/aged etc.), also Chef Nick Coffey, a really good man, is greatly familiar with fermentation techniques and you might find something fermented (and of course, tasty!) on your dishes. Thank you so much Nick and all, really appreciate your great works!”

Vita's Wildly Delicious

Address: 77 Village Rd, Lopez Island, WA 98261, USA

Cafe Restaurant

“Very tasty baked goods. I always enjoy the pizza nights, and live music is always fun. One night while there I enjoyed some very tasty curry and rice, with bread and some green salad. Very tasty. However, be prepared for a wait, as they have a small kitchen, the actual place is great for wine tasting, and outdoor seating, especially with live music is fun. Cute little place on the island.”

Lopez Islander Resort and Marina

Address: 2864 Fisherman Bay Rd, Lopez Island, WA 98261, USA

Night club Restaurant

“What a true treasure! The Islander Resort is the perfect escape. The staff was so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Very clean room! We can’t wait to come back!”

The Mansion Restaurant at Rosario Resort & Spa

Address: 1400 Rosario Rd, Eastsound, WA 98245, USA

Restaurant

“Expectations were high - so many had raved about it. The drive up was impressive. The people ahead of us did not have a reservation, so we were seated first. It was obvious they were busy. Our reservation was for 830. We were given the wrong menu by the host. So our waitress fixed that. The waiter who poured the water spilled, but didn't wipe our table afterwards. So our waitress fixed that. They were out of the beef and pork entrees, so we ordered seafood - the scallops and the halibut. But the halibut was "earthy" she said, so the sides were adjusted to compliment. I chose a wine to go with the "earthy" tones, but when our entree arrived, it was salmon. And it was overcooked. The scallops were nicely seared, but the sauce was a bit heavy. We had read about the truffle fries and inquired - our waitress brought us some to try for no charge due to the entree error. They were redeeming factor of our night out since they were also out of my preferred dessert.”

Buck Bay Shellfish Farm

Address: 117 E J. Young Rd, Olga, WA 98279, USA

Restaurant

“Excellent cooked dungeness crab and a place where you can learn to shuck oysters. Freshest at its finest! They also sell smoked black cod and salmon.”
