“The staff here are some of the best people. My coffees are always made consistently well and I love these folks. The location however is a little oddly placed and difficult to get out of. If you are travelling on the freeway and need to make a quick stop I don't recommend this Starbucks I think north or south are easier to get to both on and off freeway. They share a parking lot area with a Fred Meyers and it is one of the worst parking lots I have ever dealt with.”

“I visited to support a friend who was doing a live show. Had a tasty milkshake. Very trendy looking and artistic interior. The on wall menu doesn't mention any of the food that they offer and I was disappointed to discover that they offered food only as I was leavingand saw someone getting a pizza. They could have done better advertising this fact. I looked and looked for a food menu and only found them tucked in a small niche that wasn't immediately obvious unless you were actually looking for them :(”

“A new employee by the name of Josh helped me today. He was kind and customer friendly beyond his years. Of course, now that I am reflecting on the experience, I may be immature for my age? Joking aside, Josh is a young man of integrity and accountability. He treats his co-workers with compassion and called out a "have a good night" to me as I exited the shop. In my opinion, I would keep this young man and support his compassion and spirit, even if it cost the company to give him a raise and more responsibility. I do not think you will be disappointed. The gals are always cheerful and make the best espresso drinks. Olivia has helped me several times and is always friendly and chats a bit—she learned my name and knows some of my hobbies—all this to say that in this day and age of “hurry up,” it’s a welcoming place to visit.”

“First off, the staff is always always friendly and greets you immediately when walking in. I use this location often due to it being conveniently located within walking distance to my office. I went this morning and ordered a venti pink drink. I noticed when I got to work it was rather white looking and when I took a sip it was majority coconut milk. I called the store and they asked if I could come back in so they could remake my drink and luckily I was able to. I walked in again to smiling faces and Leroy informing me my new drink was almost done. I walked up to the counter and he gave me my new one remade and I have to say it was the best pink drink I've ever had. I don't know what kind of magic he put into it but I'm grateful! Leroy didn't make me feel awkward at all for correcting a mistake and I felt just as welcome as before. They all accept any critism so well and they really are driven to do/be better. It's truly refreshing. Leroy and the others didn't just correct a mistake, they made it so much better. I wish I remembered the batista's name who answered the phone, he did mention he worked drive thru but he was amazing as well and apologized so easy. I feel even better walking out than I ever have any establishment I've been to. These people are amazing and full of sunshine.”
