“If I ever have a messed up order I always try and go back to the individual store that messed up my order, but sometimes that's not feasible. We were headed out of town for a hike and didn't realize both our drink orders were wrong until we were well past being able to turn around. This store was on the way to our location so we stopped in and they were more than happy to fix or drinks even though they weren't the ones that mixed our order up. “Starbucks is always a solid place to get a decent, predictable cup of coffee. I have food sensitivities, and have found I can safely consume cold brews and americanos without gluten contamination issues. I wouldn't try a frappeccino or other blended drink, since the machines are shared between drinks and contamination is very likely. I know a lot of folks will bash them for "burnt beans", and as a fellow light roast lover, I get where they are coming from. But as someone who has few safe options for food and drink on the go, I appreciate that I am able to consistently get safe drinks from this brand. I honestly don't know which location I am reviewing, other than that it had a drive through, as we are moving and have been going by many different Starbucks locations lately. The service is always fast and accurate at all the ones we've been to lately, and with good adherence to masking and very polite service from the cashiers.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I walked into the store, unknowingly, as they were closing. I was willing to leave, but the owner was there and insisted I get my drink. I had never been there before and browsed the menu quickly and placed my order. The lady working the machines gave them to me promptly with a smile. While I waited I talked with both of them, who were very friendly. I left and I have to say its the best smoothie in town hands down. My wife got the Strawberry Cream and I got the Pink Lady.”

“Loved the hot food, but don't always appreciate the "pull forward" for a sausage mcmuffin. My auntie reminded me to wait until i get my food before getting belligerent...good looking out! I came during lunch, the area was filthy, and lines were long. However, as the rush died down the employees began to clean rather swiftly and we're helpful even though my order was wrong. They fixed it, no questions asked. The people were very kind and got my special order correct. But the kids room was very dirty which it usually isn't they must have had someone call out that was supposed to clean it the night before.”

“I have come on a variety of times, some better than others... When I used to come years ago I liked the food quite a bit (it was definitely your delicious 'unhealthy, but I don't care' comfort food quality). The last three times I went though I had mixed feelings. I ordered a chicken burger- and saw the staff heat it up in the microwave before giving it to me. Restaurants that have grills shouldn't need to heat up food in a microwave... Another time I asked about if they had any sorbet (they served ice cream at one time, not sure if they still do) and explained I was having issues with dairy, and they behaved really annoyed about having to deal with food sensitivities and generally unpleasant to talk to when if came to asking ingredient-in-food questions. The third and most recent visit I just ordered sweet potato fries as takeout, but the cashier (who was pleasant) had taken his bare unwashed hand, grabbed a paper towel which he then put overtop the fries (holding the paper towel overtop) out of fear the fries might fall out of the cup it was served in. I get he was trying to make sure my fries didn't spill, but all I cared about was the bare hand overtop the food I would eat, with just a paper towel in between. It bugged me the whole drive home- wish I had said something so he is more self aware of his food handling.”

“My first time & I think it was pretty cool. It's something different. Great atmosphere and great menu choices to choose from. The place gets busy pretty quick during lunch time so get there early. Down side is the place has limited seatings so you might end up waiting. As for the hot pot, it was good. It was kind of hard to adjust to the height of the hot pot once it's on the table. We had to squeeze in our drinks plus the sauce cup so it got pretty crowded. Overall, food was great, prices reasonable.”

“I stumbled upon this place looking for some authentic Mexican, but we ended up finding something better! This place has some really good, authentic Central American food. No frills inside this place, but the food makes up for it. They even have a self-serve salsa bar which is cool. They have some small English in fine print on the menu- but it's mostly in Spanish”
