Our server was great about refills and napkins as well as provided the means for us to warm a bottle for a teething 3 month old 🙌 We had a big party of 7 and everyone left full and happy! Even the kiddos said it was amazing!! The owner Matt was super friendly and greeted tables as well as helped throughly explain the menu and how various items were prepared on the menu. He had wonderful suggestions especially the horchata. It's made fresh in house and it's phenomenal!!! Highly Recommend!!!”

“Super sweet owner with super sweet food. As a new business the food is some of the best I have had in the area. I had a hotdog wrapped in bacon with cheese and peppers and it was probably the best beef hotdog I have ever had. Secondly I had a slice of a strawberry, and I think cream cheese, bunt cake and it was super sweet and very refreshing compared to other local options. I look forward to visiting on different days to have different desert varieties! :)”

“I was surprised to have a great BBQ sandwich with a great taste in the area. I could not ask for anything better with plenty side dishes to choose. I talked to one of the owners a very nice young man for a few minutes and discovered he was from Louisiana and brought the favorable recipe with him. It's a small carryout restaurant with a few benches outside for seating but worth the trip.”

“What an amazing little find. My family and myself stopped here on our way back home from a trip to Pittsburgh. I got the chicken salad croissant and I was not disappointed. My family grabbed several different sandwiches and they all looked amazing and got great reviews from each individual. I also grabbed a specialty iced latte as well and it was very good. “Thank goodness for this Shell station !!! I didn't pay attention to my gas gauge and didn't realize until after I passed the Southridge Shopping Mall that my car was on empty. I changed the mode on my dash readout to "range" (miles to empty) and it was reading 0. There's a long mile and a half straight on 119 where my Rav4 started missing and then -an uphill climb before topping over to the traffic light at Childress Road. I barely made it up the incline at less than 20 mph. It wouldn't go any faster. I had an appointment at the WV Cornea & Cataract Center on the right at the light but the Shell is on the left. I caught a red light and had to sit idling. I was afraid to shut off the engine for fear it wouldn't start. Luckily I made it across the intersection and coasted to a fueling pump. Talk about relieved !!!”

After my first experience, I went back everyday for breakfast and lunch until I left. The food is divine, flavours on point…. The “Black Bear” and special sauce 😍. $6 + change with pickle and chips. My breakfast sandwich was, I dare say, just as tasty. Where I am in D.C. those sandwiches alone will run $15 easy and of course it’s w/out the homegrown & raised, w/ out the personal touch and excellent customer service. They had great paraphernalia, I had to buy a few souvenirs. The ladies up front, the chefs, and barista are lovely people and beyond pleasant. Parking is limited but I used available parking around the bend. I’m going to miss Queen’s Point Cafe 🌟”

The fish tacos I got were heavily breaded and deep-fried fish sticks. You could hardly taste fish in the taco. The food was moderately priced. There is also easy access for the handicapped. “I wish I had photos but the food was so delicious it was all gone before I could even think of it. I got in town on a late flight and was really hungry. Went to a restaurant a couple doors down to try to get a to go order at 7:30 and they refused to serve me because they closed at 8. So I saw the sign for this restaurant two doors down and decided to try them. Not only did they say they had no problem serving me, but they were so friendly and accommodating. They took time to explain multiple dishes. In the end I let them chose for me and they did not disappoint. It was the best meal I’ve had in Charleston in YEARS. Seafood was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The portion size was generous and the quality of the food was superb. This may be the best kept secret in the valley at the moment. Run don’t walk to this seafood spot!”

“Friends and I visited Teriyaki Madness, and I thought it wasn't bad. Many of the complaints brought up by other reviews are accurate, but I still enjoyed my visit well enough. However, I was struck by how gracious the owner was in accepting criticism from reviews on this app; the owner is absolutely a trooper, and I'm sure with time Teriyaki Madness will mature into an even better place than it is. I hope the owner isn't too discouraged by the rocky opening and continues to build the best restaurant they can, and I hope the people of West Virginia can support it. Good luck, and do your best!”
