“Located in the newly opened food district in side of Square One Mall is a cool little local owned chip store that sells freshly made chips. My wife first brought it home for me which was a bag of sweet potato, cassava, plantain, tortilla and taro chips, to my surprise it was very good, tasty and felt gourmet. I went back with my wife another time and noticed that they also make nachos, actually a bunch of cool combinations. Some of the ones I noticed were their jerk chicken flavour, savoury BBQ chicken, and Montreal smoked meat. I ended up getting an order of their Montreal smoked meat nachos which consists of their small batch tortilla chips, Montreal smoked meat, cheddar cheese, green onions, and some mustard sauce. Wow explosion of flavours in your mouth with every bite because they actually layer everything when they build your nachos. I noticed other than chips they also sell original humus, salsa, cheddar cheese, and roasted red pepper dip for you to enjoy with their tortilla chips. We bought a bottle of their salsa and I found that it is on the slightly sweeter side of things, I would have enjoyed it more if it was a little more tangy. Once you have a few bite of the tortilla with their salsa the spice does seem to punch you in the face though which I enjoyed and totally forgot that the salsa was on the sweeter note of things. We will for sure be back to try their other nacho combinations and other chips. Cheers!!!”

“5 STARS to this place for excellent food and great customer service. Visited 1st September. The place is neat and clean with old school vibes. They have a pool table. The guy at the front desk was really polite and welcoming. We ordered wings, Chicken on the bun, Jalapeno poppers. The food tasted really good. The wait time for the food was not too long. Restrooms were ok-ok because at some point of time it's the visitor's courtesy too to keep the restrooms clean as visitors threw tissues here and there. I forgot to ask name of the guy working there at that time but he provided excellent customer service and was helpful in answering the questions about places to visit.”

The food is pretty tasty, and the servings are decently sized. we got the lamb skewers(they come in pairs, so kinda expensive) egg fried rice, stir fry veggies (came with rice we didn’t know), dumplings, and a beef noodle dish. “Hands down the best Jamaican food I’ve had in a while. Very well spiced, delicious and affordable. The jerk pork had run out when we got there but they promised to save us some the following day, and they kept their promise! Wish I had stayed in Toronto longer to try other foods they served. The oxtail was very good too. I would definitely recommend!”

We ordered chicken burgers and tenders to try - both very delicious and tasted homemade. The owner was very friendly. “Recently dined at the Riverbank Cookhouse this past weekend. As a vegetarian, I was concerned that it would be hard to find a full, hearty meal (more than fries) in a smaller town. This restaurant had a delicious veggie burger, and the chef made it just the way I requested it. The side fries were also delicious! Service was fast, friendly and the restaurant provided excellent value. My boyfriend had (and really enjoyed) the fish and chips. Will definitely be back next time I am in the area. My only complaint is that they were only open one day a week.”

“Pizza is good, but lacks toppings. I ordered an extra topping and I think I saw only 2 slices on the whole pizza. When I am paying extra for Prosciutto and Genoa Salami I expect to see it on every slice, and not so thin that you cannot see it. Ordered wings Honey garlic, small wings lots of honey but no sight of the garlic. I do like there classic Italian Pizza's but please add more topping to it.
