“Extremely slow and uncoordinated staff; the manager looks younger than some of the subordinates. This results in chaotically long lines & masses of people waiting for their orders post-payment without room to stand. I've waited 15 minutes for a coffee before and it wasn't even peak hours. I know it's a busy spot but you have to fix the staffing. The food is done well so no complaints for the cooks. My order has always been correct so no complaints there either. Such a hot location should HIRE MORE CASHIERS AND BETTER MANAGERS.”

“Pizza places are literally everywhere and even though this is a chain it should still rate your attention. The first thing I like about this place is the vegan option. Not only do they make vegan pizzas to order but they also actually offer pre-made slices for on the go. They tend to sell out fast but they do have them which I can not state enough how awesome this is as no other chain seems to do this. The other thing that really sets them apart is the crust. The pizza is made to the literal edge and the crust isn't a thick bloat fest of regret later in the evening. The staff at this location are super friendly and I do believe it makes the pizza taste even better.”

“The best Chinese food ever tasted in Toronto. 100% authentic flavors. The place is pretty clean, and you can feel like in China since it's attended by their owners in a very friendly and familiar way. As well, you can place orders for take out, and depend on how busy they are in 10 min you will be able to pick it up. Last but not least, the BBQ pork fried pork and beef and broccoli are my favorite dishes in the restaurant. As well as, the spring roll ($1)”

“I happened on this place while visiting the area with my son. He loves sushi so we gave it a try. I can't believe a top quality place like this is hidden in a strip mall! It's clean and cozy. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. There is also an option for take-out. We have been back a couple more times after that first visit and have still been impressed. Very authentic food. One thing I would suggest is trying to get a location that has better access to parking (but I guess that's a big city for you). Overall highly recommend.”
