A friendly greeting and smile, an apology that she was out of ham for my huevos motuleños with a substitute offer of avocado (I think I prefer it with avocado now anyway, delicious and richly satisfying). Perfectly fried eggs with yummy runny yolk, decadently deep fried plantains and tostadas, with black bean puree and cotija/feta crumble and tomato sauce all coming together to make a smashingly good dish I would highly recommend to others - worth the trip into Kensington Market for sure!”

“My wife and I first came to this place 6 years ago when we used to live downtown and were very impressed regarding pizza flavour/quality, service and cleanliness. We went about 3-4 times a month before we moved. We came back recently when we were in the area and it just wasn’t the same. The restaurant was still clean, but the pizza and service did not compare to as before. Sad to say cause we really did enjoy this pizza location before. Would have to think twice if we decide to go back again.”

“Pizza was sensational - the sauce deep in flavour and cheese combination was perfect. You can tell the pizza is of a high quality. The coconut cream pie is delicious and not overly sweet - very generous slice size too. Though I still give it a 5 star rating for the pizza and pie, I didn't think the Caesar salad was so great or worth it. It was over-hyped from the other reviews I had seen prior to eating - I thought the dressing was relatively bland, however the other dishes more than made up for this.”

“First time trying acai, and I wasn't disappointed! The acai by itself didn't taste like much but with the unlimited toppings and syrups that they offer, it was a great little dessert. A little on the pricier side. The one on the left (16 ounces) was $12.99+ tax and the one on the right (12 ounces) was $9.99+ tax, barely a difference in size. The place is still pretty new and feels a bit empty but the owner is a very nice guy.”

“Overall I wasn't impressed, to me, it seemed that the use of Oxtail was more frivolous than actually adding any depth to the broth. In terms of the broth, I liked the addition of some spice as most Pho places are scared to add any and leave it up to you to put some. But they didn't use any onions (except scallions) which takes away a bit sweetness element that I love about Pho. In terms of the meat, I definitely was excited about oxtail at first, but was expecting more tenderness especially considering this is a broth that is simmered for like a day, found the meat very tough and frankly difficult to eat No comment on the noodles they were quite standard, if a bit on the softer side In terms of other elements, I liked the raddish cause its like a concentrated soup flavor bomb with a different texture”

“I had a bad experience about 5 months ago in this place,the way the staff dealt with it back then was unprofessional, so I reviewed this as one star. HOWEVER, the director of operations Jade Murray reached out to me and was very friendly and efficient in dealing with this promptly, she contacted the manager and both offered a better experience on my next visit there .. I did not go back to be honest, probably won’t, but I thought its fair to change the review to 4 stars as their customer service were very professional. It is a late change but just payed attention that I did not do it earlier! late better than never!”
