“Just enjoyed my first meal at Sipps Eatery and it did NOT disappoint! We split a garden salad and a BLT. Bother we’re excellent, but the bacon on the BLT sent that part of lunch into exquisite! “I've been having issues with orders at Starbucks being off, so the other day when I was in an extreme hurry, I tried the "order ahead on the app" and was pleasantly surprised when I got to the drive up that my drink was ready and it tasted like it was supposed to. It may have even been a 5 star occasion, but then I remembered that getting an order correct is what they are supposed to do all the time. I have high hopes for this location and will definitely be back. Who knows, if they keep doing right, 5 stars will be the new normal.”

“Stopped in to purchase Arizona gift mugs for out of state family. The gentleman behind the counter greeted me cheerfully! When he noticed I was hunting for something on the gift shelves, he came out from behind the counter to help me find what I wanted. My visit was near Veteran's day and the store had the most beautiful and respectful display honoring our military. This was especially heart warming. The young man then made me a perfect drink and sent me off with a genuine smile. Grateful for an excellent customer service experience!”

“The wait staff at Over Easy were excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and served correctly. She made sure I got extra potatoes with out additional charge and kept our coffee cups full. The down side to this restaurant is the noise. It is a typical strip mall restaurant with absolutely no ambiance. It is difficult to carry on a conversation and extremely uncomfortable. The coffee was great, bold and rich. The potatoes were cooked perfectly, but the omelette was tough and over cooked. Sourdough toast was good even tho only one slice was served. We do not intend to return, but if it was in its own restaurant building set alone, we would.”

“We stopped in for brunch after having seen the establishment while out shopping and I'm always on the hunt for new breakfast places to try out - especially if they specialize in waffles. The food - The food itself was phenomenal. If I were rating on just the quality of the meal alone, it'd be an easy 5 stars. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The service - Unfortunately this is where things started to fall apart. Everything was made to order, a fact that's made clear when you're first ordering your meal. So we were expecting a wait for a our meal. However both our drinks and our individual waffles were brought out as they were completed leading to a very uneven delivery. Delivery of the waffles was staggered and my brother didn't receive his drink until everyone was nearly finished with their meals. The establishment - Everything was very clean and very nicely spaced out. It didn't feel crowded, and even though there was a line when we arrived and i was concerned about finding seating, we were able to get a table without any trouble. However, the chairs themselves were very uncomfortable. If this was a fast food style establishment, that'd be one thing - but in a restaurant where there's an expected wait for the meal baked in to the experience, that's a bit more of a detriment. Overall, while the food was absolutely fantastic, everything else was just kind of okay. If the food delivery was just a little more consistent, and the seating was just a little more comfortable, I'd probably return. But as it is, I'm just more likely to go somewhere that the overall experience is more enjoyable.”

“Absolutely a must try!! We only tried two drinks and I’ve cream so for sure will be back to try the food. The Deluxe Thai Tea was perfect, strongly recommend if you don’t know what to get. The Dragon Fruit Storm was really good too, great flavor and I loved that it wasn’t over sweet. The staff was super friendly, greeted us right away and helped us pick our drinks. The decor is trendy & hip, extremely clean. I can’t wait to go back and try the food next!”

“I am almost afraid to review Coldwater because it's a hidden gem and I don't want to be crowded out. This establishment is a cute two story, yellow house converted into a small restaurant. They have their own garden in the back and work with local farmers. Homemade breads and treats. The ham, cheese and greens melt is blissful. Homemade, thinly sliced sourdough, grilled. Crispy perfection but still soft, with a chew. Simple ingredients done exceptionally well. Carrot muffins taste as great as they smell.”
