“And the This is a really fun spot for all ages. The games were a blast ambiance is really cool. I can't wait until they get their liquor license so you can enjoy cocktails and brews as part of the experience. Apparently that's all in the works. We had the drunken Thai noodles and they were decent.”

“Dash and a Handful is the BEST! I recently held a 80th Birthday Tribute for a sweet lady. I had attended a local dinner party where both the host and one of the guest raved about a colorful local catering company that has been in the desert since the early 80's, I was familiar with the name and thought wow this is great, I will call them. So I did, spoke to Mark the owner via email a few times explaining what I wanted and needed and he said he was available on my date and would be willing to help with my event. He made an appointment to come to the house where the event was to be held, we went through his extensive menu and choose the items to be served, he suggested several small details that ended up being very helpful. I was feeling relieved that I had found a great caterer and could check that off my list. A week went by and nothing, so I emailed Mark, then I called, then texted, NO response, finally an email stating he was very busy that week with 750 dinners and would get my proposal to me on Sunday. Sunday came and went, on Tuesday I had to admit he had bailed on me. I called and called other caterers, sorry already booked, by now I am three weeks out and thinking I am going to be in the kitchen. I found Chad and Maggie at Dash and a Handful in Palm Springs, they said they could help, I asked if they would meet with me the following morning. I met them at their restaurant, choose the menu, I had a proposal that evening. I signed the contract the next morning and returned it. ( that day Mark from the other cater emailed me fishing to see if I still needed him, his large party he dumped me for must have dumped him) They did EVERYTHING they said they would do, showed up to the house in La Quinta on time, well prepared, and put out some incredible food and made for an amazing memorable event. I would totally hire them again and would recommend them to my best friends. The staff could not have been nicer or more professional. They took what for me was a super stressful situation and made it wonderful and enjoyable. If your having an event please call them. You will be so glad you did!”

“Love Del Taco. New chicken snackers quesadillas are great value. This location is very old. Only business in a deserted parking lot is weird. Very rarely busy, yet service is just average. Old school hard plaster seating isn't the most comfortable.”

“Really liked this place, the food was REALLY good and super reasonably priced. Only reason I give it 4 stars is they were out of brisket two days in a row... The first time we went there, we ordered the brisket with collard greens and mac & cheese (so good). I told them we were from out of town. About 10 minutes later they came back out and said they were out of brisket, but they could give us tri cut which was "similar" but definitely not as good and was actually more expensive than brisket. Okay, no big deal. The next day we decided to call ahead and see if they had brisket. They said they did. We called back that afternoon to order to go, and they said they were out of brisket, so needless to say we didn't go back that night... but I probably would come back if I were back in town.”

“Surprisingly great service. Never been to a Carl's Jr. that brought your food to you and check on you. I felt like I should have left a tip. Hats of to the manager and staff for raising the bar on fast food dinning.”

“Last night was the first time my husband and I visited this restaurant since it changed hands. The new owner has enlarged the restaurant and updated the decor. My husband had sausage patties with marinara, and I had calzone pizza. We also had a delicious appetizer and bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping. Our food was delicious! Service was good. The owner came to meet us and to find out what we thought of our meal. The owner and servers checked with us more than once to see how we were doing and to see if we needed anything. Excellent fresh home-made food at reasonable prices! We definitely plan to go back and to enjoy the lunch combo sometime too!”

“Went with my friend and co worker Thia and had a great time. The stuffed mushroom appetizers were fantastic. The cocktail shrimp were incredibly Huge and the waiter was Great since he recommended the appetizers. The Magaritas were cool too. Went on a Tuesday at 4-6 is the Happy Hour with Live entertainment. Small but quaint go there with a girl friend or a spouse not good for large groups.”

“Definitely try the Wang's treasure if you're having dinner. It's one of their best dishes. Very casual, but trendy. Their Friday Happy Hour is very popular drawing a huge gay crowd that packs their patio for discounted cocktails and a live dance music DJ. Easy parking next to and behind the restaurant.”

“I been here a couple of times , this hotel is so far ones of my favorites , the colors and the modern decor make you fall in love with it ! There are a lot of parties happening here and after the madness the place still looks amazing. About El Jefe, we had a great time. The bar tender was very attentive and poured us some really tasty tequila drinks !”

“Ok I tried the chiliquilles for my late dinner..I ordered them with eggs over medium. My only issue is the were maybe on the over hard side..I like more yolks action..I must say that the flavor was on POINT! The tortilla strips were crispy and the sauce was delicious. The beans and rice I mixed together and added a little guacamole sauce and it was heaven. Thanks!”

“First time here after reading some great reviews. Venue is great, the smoker is right on the patio so you get the occasional waft of sweet smokey bbq. Felt pretty authentic. Meat - was juicy and very tender. A fairly light smoke and could be eaten pleasurably without the need for sauce. Ribs were fall apart, brisket was juicy and just the right amount of fat. Service - despite other negative reviews we found the service to be perfectly attentive and friendly. No problems there. Overall: Brilliant! Best Q we’ve had in the valley.”

“Unbelievable quality for price. Mom and Pop business. No nonsense. Consistant......fast....tastey.... I have olny got dinner there or stuff to go. Seating right in front. I give this Family business 5PLUS stars. Big portions that make a doggy bag or left overs you covet due to their high standards. Locals love it. Grilled chicken plus soups they must loose money on. So generous!”

“We had a great time at Woody's. We went there on a friend's recommendation so now I'm passing this info on to you! Go there for great food and music... Jazz at that. The serving staff are the best and the atmosphere was relaxed with good acoustics so you could enjoy the live music but also be able to carry on a conversation.”

“I'm not normally an Italian foodie just because it always seems like I'm on a diet... But I'll tell you what, for my first dip into it in quite a while... It was amazing!! Great service, polite, and professional and the food was mouth watering. The tomato bread at the beginning is ridiculous. I got the chicken with capers (kept close to the diet) but wanted more. Great wine, great ambiance, and a great dinner. I'll be back.”

“The best burger joint in town - hands down! It's mostly a local tavern but welcomes tourists/visitors. It's located in Smoke Tree Plaza on the North West corner of the center. Excellent burgers - the onion rings and tater tots are mind blowing! Heavy pour on alcoholic beverages and service is always exceptional. Nice patio area with good views of the mountains. Can be quite dark inside but has a modern decor and comfortable seating.”

“This soy chicken bowl was so good! I would definitely get this again. It was hard finding a vegan restaurant in Palm Springs, so if you're looking for one, eat here! I also got a chocolate and peanut butter parfait which was amazing.”

“On a Sunday night, the place was buzzing! The service was good and we were served delicious hot Italian bread while we waited for our yummy salad and pizza. The salad was crispy with a delicious Italian dressing - perfect with pizza! The pizza could have been crisper, but nonetheless was great! Worth the visit!”

“I like this ihop. I usually never eat here but friends were in town and that is where they wanted to go so that where we went. I was thinking yuck but it was really nice and clean. The waitress was very nice and our food was served in like 10 or 15 minutes. And prices were reasonable. Overall not a bad experience. I will go back there.”

“Killer noodles, the one I got was perfect, just what I was in the mood for. The chicken balls appetizer were hella salty, like crazy salty. Bring your own soy sauce because they don't have it there... enjoy... look forward to going back, its a bit $$$ for just noodles and stuff, but still very good.”

“Awesome little breakfast spot. I got a fairly standard breakfast sandwich on a freshly made bagel and it was divine. My wife's breakfast and her tea were also great. They have a lovely lawn right outside where you can eat if it is a nice day (plenty of those in Palm Springs). Only one star off because it was a bit pricey for a breakfast sandwich at a counter-serve spot. But well worth stopping in for a treat, particularly if you love well-made breakfast.”

Pistachio are always extremely courteous quite helpful and very fast and proficient at their jobs. List Jack in the Box is always clean loaded with condiments, napkins etc. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever! Keep up the good work boys and girls”

“Cute Thai restaurant with delicious curry! We stopped by during the street fair and was able to get in before the rush. Our server was very attentive and brought our hot tea out quickly. We ordered spring rolls and green chicken curry. Food was terrific! Lots of flavor - probably could have used a little more chicken. Still impressed by taste.”
