“Mexican Family run restaurant worth going to. Visited three times this past week & the food was delicious every time. The fish tacos were crispy and flavorful with just the right amount of heat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. See you next week. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“Chill atmosphere. Menu is a bit limited but the beers is what remains the best part of this place. 4oz flights are the way to go in order to try all of the delicious ales or lagers they have to offer. Spicy Chicken Cilantro and Margarita Pizzas are my all time favorite. Prices are very reasonable and nothing over the top. Always find myself coming here and will continue to do so. Staff is friendly and always on top.”

“Best Thai food I have ever had. Amazing vibe and service. Tried to act brave and asked for a 8/10 on the Pepper corn chicken noodle. It was damn good spicy but good kind of spice. Surprisingly my taste buds didn’t burnout even though I was close to breathing fire. Was still able to relish all the delicacies. Fried bananas was amazing as well!”

“This place is an amazing! Staff was so friendly. Quality was the best. Juices are made fresh daily! I had the best hot matcha drink EVER. 2 bottle of fresh juice. And two delicious bowls. Blew me away. You must try!”

“URBN's pizza changes everything! Decided to have a slice on the way out of an event in LA and ended up stuffing myself! I had the pepperoni and jalepeno on thin crust. One bite in.....'wait...what is that?'. another bite ''what is this flavor?! .... omg is that honey?!'' I look back at the guy tending to the stove who smiled wryly and replied 'honey makes everything better, doesn't it?'' Yes, yes it does! game changer pizza here, enjoy!”

“We sat down for their Thursday dinner yesterday and we were absolutely blown away. Every single dish was packed with flavor and so delicious, I can't get over it. By enjoying this fantastic food, you're supporting them and their mission and it's really, so worth it. Bonus: you can walk around the garden before your meal is ready if you'd like, and there are tables set-up with products that they've made for purchase. We got a mint syrup and a lemongrass syrup and they are SO good.”

“Very nice addition to the south park neighborhood. Great beers as always with Fall. In a good area to walk to different shops and restaurants. Nice comfy vibe inside. So nice I almost didn't want to review it and lead to overcrowding.”

“Hands down the best place I have eaten for African food in San Diego. Great customer service. The food was full of flavor mouth watering. I think I went two days in a row. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was a must.”

“Go there now! This place is incredible. The authentic Thai food was perfect. The Tom Kha soup, curries and appetizers were among the best I’ve ever had. Our server was kind and attentive but not hovering… truly gracious. Atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, music was great and not too loud. I cannot recommend it enough!!!! Do yourself, your tastes buds and your heart a favor and go there ASAP!”

“I love this place the decor is so beautiful makes you feel like you're on vacation with plant wall and indoor/outdoor design. Definitely a more chill design than the downtown location. They have a great happy hour everyday from 3:00 to 5:00 and their service is fantastic, our server Irvin was so great, we'd come back just for him. The food was exceptional also, really tasty and big portions! Got to try more margaritas! (P.s. this place is also very dog-friendly they were five dogs there).”

“This place is FANTASTIC! Every dish we had was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were awesome. The atmosphere is very cool but not pretentious out snobby at all. All of the staff was super helpful and very friendly, and really helped the night feel special. I cannot recommend the glazed brisket, oyster mushroom skewers, or their beet fried rice enough! But truly everything on the menu is amazing.”

“I came by starlite again the other night! A super cute little hidden spot in mission hills area. I've been here a few times in the past and I've always loved it. The inside of this place is so beautiful which is why I'd always come and grab drinks on nights out. It was my first time trying the food & it was okay. I probably would just stick to grabbing drinks inside when I come here just because I think that's the main attraction of this place!”

“Space Kat BBQ is absolutely the best in town. We HAD to try everything and honestly loved it all. Ribs were off the chain. Tri tip was so tender, so FUEGO. Pulled pork: I’ll die happy. They actually stuff their own darn sausage and the sides were all just as good as the meat. Aero clubs drinks are great but this food is phenomenal; highly recommend this gem.”

“I was floored by the quality of açaí here- plus it’s pretty! It tasted so fresh and had great flavor and consistency. Toppings were delicious as well and customer service was fantastic! My only complaint is that the small size only has 1 topping included and each additional topping is $1. I think the small should include 2 toppings, especially if you’re charging a full dollar per additional topping. Regardless though, it’s good enough that this will be a regular stop for me when I’m in SD!”

“Wow, Lao and Khmer style street food truck in San Diego! I enjoyed this papaya salad, different from the Thai style you find in most restaurants around SD, has more flavor and bite that pairs well with sticky rice. I also ordered eggplant tofu and chicken sticks plate. Both very delicious. Tofu was super crispy with wonderful fried basil and carmelised eggplant. Chicken had a nice juicy marinade and smokey grill flavor.”

“Love your food and the pub but the take out portions we’re not the same! Paid the same price for a third of the size ($25 for both items featured) Guess I’ll dine in next time but please consider adjusting accordingly! I do not suggest getting take out unless you want to feel left a bit ripped off and wanting more.”

“This is a great place for pies (duh!)... Both savory and sweet. They have some unique flavor combinations and think outside the box on both kinds. I opted for a cookie with an ice cold glass of oat milk (off menu but worth an ask!). Super friendly staff who were very helpful and answered all our questions!”

“BEST FRIES AROUND! It’s like the good quality version of McDonald’s thin fries, and the whomp burger is a good thin patty option, like a better in-n-out burger, in a neighborhood saturated with giant burgers (if you don’t want to over eat but still want an awesome burger!). Good beer, friendly staff. All around would recommend!”

“Twiggs is a neighborhood gem. I LOVE their blueberry bagel (from big city bagels) with cream cheese and their latte is wonderful. My husband always enjoys his biscuit breakfast sandwich, which comes with bacon, sausage, or just cheese, and can also be served on a bagel or croissant. They have a large assortment of pastries and quiche, both of which I haven’t yet tried. The Italian sodas are unique and delicious, though a little sweet because they have flavoring syrup. The staff here is super nice and helpful, always with a smile behind their masks!”

“Brought the family here while they were visiting from out of town on a Thursday night. Rooftop seating was perfect on a summer evening for us to socialize and enjoy the atmosphere without it being too loud. My brother in law has a very strict food allergy list and the kitchen staff was extremely accommodating it was so kind. They went above and beyond to make sure his food needs were met. Will be coming back to enjoy more food (and drinks).”

“Red House Pizza is worth the wait. Sure, it might take an hour or more to get your pizza on a busy Friday night, but there’s a reason so many other people are ordering. The ingredients are clearly superior to any other pizza chain nearby and dining-in is always a nice experience. A hidden gem outside of their pizza on the menu is the BBQ Pork Sandwich- absolutely mouthwatering.”

“Madison has one of the most impressive interiors of any restaurant I have been to in SD. It is all open air and beautifully designed. The cocktail menu is great, you really can't go wrong with any of their speciality drinks. This is a great date night if you want to feel a little fancy but not too over the top, or just sit at the bar for drinks with friends.”

“Truly top notch Mediterranean fare. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten in a new Mediterranean restaurant in San Diego that I think is worth national recognition. This is one such place. The portions are enormous, quality exceptional, price very reasonable. All their meats are organic, free range, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend it.”
