“Stopped in for lunch on a road trip and this place surprised us with how good the food is. Burger and sand which were perfectly prepared and the bread was really good. It’s a random little spot in a kind of strip mall, we stopped in late on a Sunday and it was pretty empty because I think it’s more of a breakfast place. Interior is sort of rustic farm style, and they played nice sort of frank sinatra era classics on the radio. Service was very good. The food did take a little longer than expected since we were the only people ordering, but one bite and I completely forgot the wait. Good sized portions won’t leave you wanting.”

“Best food you can get in North county! We love the guesthouse and it's true- you get what you pay for! Food is top notch as well as customer service. My wife loves the Crusted Ahi and was raving about the 3 course for $30 deal they had in January and was wishing they would continue offering that.
