“Love this little shop- I'm usually not a fan of cupcakes but Sibby's always manages to always strike the perfect balance between frosting & cake. Not only is their frosting art super cute and creative (seriously, check out their Instagram- they come up with such wonderful designs!), it tastes great- never overly sweet and tastes great (sometimes frosting at other places is too sweet and makes me feel sick). Sibby's frosting is delightfully flavorful and used in a perfect ratio to the cupcake! It's easy to tell the cupcakes are always freshly baked - they have that "fresh out of the oven" fluffiness! Sibby's makes both mini and large cupcakes, and if you just want to drop by to pick some up on a whim, you can. (Perfect for people like me who forget to plan ahead... however if you have a really large order, it'd probably be best to call ahead so they can make sure they have enough of all the flavors you'd want!)”

This is one of the staples of Miami and everyone make it there at least once Miami people don't have an excuse and tourist must have a taste of the classic coffee, croquettes and pastelitos. For dinner, you're in for a nice surprise if you like to have a cocktail with your appetizers, for dinner or even an aperitif. They have a full bar! Lucky you! They do have a parking lot on premise and it's a hot or miss because they are always so busy. It's really a local spot combined with tourism. Prices are ok. You're not going to break the bank and will have the freedom of ordering whatever you want cuz it's affordable if you are like me and check out prices while weighing options.”

“Solid and dependable franchise of the famous New York fast food carts, right in downtown San Mateo. Currently using prepackaged white and red sauces to keep everything moving quick and clean. This location does not have online ordering that I've been able to find, but the meats are cooked ahead of time and held at serving temp, so the line moves quickly. Also runs ads for BOGO on entrees on the back of receipts at the local Safeway, if that's of interest.”

“This place is massive! It is a sports bar, lounge as well as a bowling alley. Now a bustling joint was really empty due to COVID but we dined at the patio outdoors. To be honest I never expect much from these hybrid eateries but oh boy were we in for a surprise. The fig prosciutto pizza was mind blowing. Spaghetti was supremely done with fresh flavorful sauce. Even the fries were crisp and prepared with care. Oh and the burgers... again heartily cooked with fresh ground beef. We will definitely return!”
