“Cheap pizza ready when you are. Pizza is same quality as your typical Dominos, but its nice to be able to stop here on my way home and not have to wait too long, especially if you prefer regular cheese or pepperoni.”

“Best quality meat I have found in the bay area. Butchers are all super nice and a wealth of information. Please open a shop in the east bay so I don't have to drive 30 min to see you!”

“App won't send a code, for me. So just use 'website' menu to order by phone and pay by c/c and pick up. Enjoyed 1/2# burger w Avocado, Lamb burger w Avocado, and Chicken sandwich, tho wish is was a full breast and brined tender. Like Chili with big steak pieces and mushroom chunks! The new pulled pork is only about a cup of meat, rather small.”

“I had their chicken sandwich for lunch and a chicken salad for dinner and both were great. The chicken was fried perfectly with just the right amount of heat to the sauce. It was very tender and juicy and the coleslaw was the perfect topping. The salad was great too with a really unique dressing that I can't wait to try again. We had macaroni and cheese and the broccoli Caesar for sides and would definitely get them again as well. I love fried chicken and this was easily some of the best I've ever had. Can't wait to go back once they reopen!”

“Great tasting burgers and shakes. No combos and it’s very overpriced. Another pro is the convenience of mobile ordering and paying for it and your choice of dine in or take out. You get a text once your order is ready for pick up. On a cool weather like today we opted to eat outside and the overhead heaters were a plus.”

“Came here a few times while I was staying at the hotel. Each time the service was underwhelming. I had drinks spilt in my food with no apology just an “oops”. Food was flavourful but small portioned and very expensive for the serving size you are provided. A few times i would order something but never get it, which was disappointing. Got to experience a lot of different items on the menu. They do the simple things perfectly but I wouldn’t say anything had a “wow” factor. It would be a good place to go for a quiet date dinner or if you’re starving in your hotel. The atmosphere was comfortable and the various seating options were appreciated.”

“Food is OK. The hot milk tea is good. The portion of the breakfast is alright as it wasn't too small and was filling. There wasn't a lot of customers in the restaurant when I was there for breakfast. This location in San Mateo CA was previously known as Cafe Tsui Wah. The cash register receipt still shows as Cafe Tsui Wah.”

“We came here on their opening day. The staff were super attentive, the prices were very reasonable/affordable, and the portions much larger than anticipated. Overall very impressed and will be back!”

“Had high hopes from the high reviews and love dry pot. We came in and it was empty in the front of the restaurant, but was fairly crowded in the back. Inside is pretty clean and quite spacious. It seemed like most people were eating hot pot, but we were set on trying their dry pot. They handed us an ipad to order and it was a bit difficult to navigate since some buttons were duplicates/didn't even do anything. We ordered one lamb rib dry pot and stir fried baby bok choy and mushrooms. The food came out pretty quick. The baby bok choy came out looking really appealing with a generous portion. However, the dry pot seemed really small. It definitely seemed like one person could finish the plate. We quickly finished the dry pot, which was pretty spicy. We didn't finish the bok choy since it was a bit bland. It was not as tasty as it looked. We were pretty disappointed here. We really were looking forward to a new place where we could get good dry pot. However, it was a small portion and not enough to share. The other dish was also lacking and didn't taste that great. Service here is okay;; since ordering is through an ipad, it can be difficult to get someone for water or something (definitely necessary with the spicy food). It seems like this place is more for hot pot, but I don't think I will be coming back soon.”

“Mixed review. The price for the small bowl is really good at $7. The staff hasn’t put together any semblance of taste and flavor other than just giving you the options which they do have reasonable selection. The place is clean. The service was super fast. I would have liked my bowl better if it had a contrasting seasoning like toasted seasoned rice or a sauce you could add.”

“Good quality sushi! Would bring friends here again - and order for takeout. Friendly staff. Added photos of their extensive menu - and their business card. Since google doesn’t currently link to their website.”

“Best fried chicken I've had in the bay area! Crispy skin and marinated flavorful inside. Their spicy level is on the milder side so if you like it hot get the extra spicy.”

“Managed to try 3 Pigs BBQ twice through takeout! The first time, I tried their fried chicken and sausage mac and cheese and was kind of underwhelmed. Chicken was crispy but overcooked, and the meat itself wasn’t seasoned (should’ve been brined). Mac and cheese was al dente and forgettable. The second time, I tried their bbq and loved it! Both the brisket and ribs were fatty, smoky, and tender. Of their sides, the cornbread was amazing - nice and fluffy on the inside. Baked beans were solid, collard greens were average. I will definitely come back for the BBQ, but not the fried chicken.”

“love this little market. It's full of great Hawaiian and Japanese finds, and everyone is so friendly! Plus their to-go counter has all kinds of things you can order as a fresh made meal, like musubi and poke. Definitely worth stopping in!”

“The food was good, but the service was outstanding! There was a waitress, I didn't catch her name, but she deserves a 5 star rating. Fantastic menu full of options. My girlfriend and I ordered the shrimp Linguini with Alfredo sauce and garlic bread, the tuna melt with potato salad and a strawberry chocolate Crepe with whipped creme and endless chocolate drizzle.. Delicious! This resto has history as well. I used to go here as a kid when it was called 'The Villa', close to 20 years ago. Highly recommended, please enjoy. ???? Prices are definitely affordable. Update: Returned for a Saturday breakfast and we had; Eggs, bacon, country style potatoes and pancakes as well as Shrimp Linguine Alfredo. Very tasty!”

“Update - not very consistent... Service can be off and today for example my spring roll was missing some ingredients for some reason... **** The tofu spring roll and it was refreshing, flavourful and served with a smile. Lovely vegan option in the vegan desert called San mateo.”

“We went to this place because of its popularity in Japan. There is usually a line and a wait especially on the weekend. The wait is about an hour, but came wait-list on Yelp. I recommend going early or during the early weekday. Highly recommend the ramen with dipping sauce. It is delicious!”

“Surprisingly good Chinese food with a lot of different flavors that is not usually in Chinese food. The garlic spare ribs had fried mint and the scallion beef was tasty and tender”
