“We bought the sourdough focaccia and it is truly what dreams are made of. High quality ingredients, delicious flavor and absolutely perfect. Wish they did bread flights so we could try all the breads at once ❤️”

“Delicious, all-vegan donuts! And for those naysayers, don't let "vegan" turn you off - these tasted just like regular creamy and custardy should, vegan or not. These are definitely over-the-top and indulgent, and well worth as a treat (perhaps better as dessert than breakfast). Plus, the staff was extremely fun and helpful. I wish I lived locally so I could enjoy these regularly. Despite their official open hours, go early for the best selection and to grab a few before they sell out.”

“Visited this spot twice during my stay in Carmel, for good reason! It is 100% on the pricier side but for the fresh and tasty dessert you’re getting, it is very well worth it. They had different desserts and pastries on both my visits (and this was 2 days after each other, so that says a lot). The owner was very friendly as well, and this is a business I will happily come back to and share with others if I have the opportunity to do so. Highly recommend! Especially their pistachio cake, that was my absolute favourite.”

“Everything was perfect, helped us make a Mother's Day to remember. The cheese cake was rich and creamy but not too sweet. The carrot cake good but not great. The tarts were pretty to look at, sweet but not overly so and fresh with a touch of tartness. It was all about that cheese cake though. Looking forward to our next visit.”

“Great place by the beach for coffee and multiple types of pies. They had pizza pie, hand pies, and dessert pies. We stopped and had the earl grey pie which was a ear grey milk tea custard in a flaky pie crust. It was awesome though the bottom crust was a tad soggy. The coconut cream pie had a great coconut cream to whipped cream ratio and was a graham cracker crust. There were also flakes of coconut mixed into the cream. We’d come back for pie alone but looks like they also have a soft serve machine”

“This cafe has a cute ambience and is operated by a very friendly, personable, and professional staff. The food was a delight! I devoured their chicken mole danish, which was a well balanced blend of savory and mildly sweet flavors. The Valrhona chocolate brownie is excellent for people like me who love a very rich chocolate profile. It has a melt-in-your-mouth softness at room temperature and pairs well with their house brewed coffee. I definitely recommend this business for a quick bite or coffee / dessert date. PS Very clean restroom 👍🏻”

“Very extremely friendly workers and clean kitchen and shelves! They are limited in space and have just the essentials but they have a great meat selection and dedicated butchers that serve Harris Ranch meats. The restaurant inside also serves delicious Mexican food and you can see everything so neat and clean with plenty of seating. My favorite things to get are their salsas and pan dulce!”

“A good GF place, the cinammon roll was super, the bagle sandwiches are good too. We tried the eggs and bacon, the avocado toast and the tuna salad. They have a nice selection of pastries too. You can sit out side and enjoy your meal.”

“The best burger place anywhere! The service is amazing from taking the order to having it ready in no time even in the busiest of their time. Even though we didn’t have any, they have a pretty good variety of local craft beers. They bake some delicious sticky buns (cinnamon and classic) and provide instructions on how to best enjoy them 😀. Definitely a place for return trip when I am in the area again! Parking can be tight. If the queue in the restaurant is long, don’t worry-it moves quick and you get food quick too!”

“Delicious! I’ve been to Carmel a few times and this was my first time stopping by Dutch Door Donuts. There were a couple donuts up front so you could see what they look like, but the donuts are made for you when you order! I got a nitro brew, two donuts, and picked up some treats for my dog. The donuts were fresh (obviously) and very tasty, especially the chocolate donut. My dog also loved the treat!”

“I got a maple bar and an apple fritter. Both were very delicious. I got a bacon, ham and egg croissant for my wife and she really did enjoy it. We will be going back there in the near future.”

“The best vegan meal I've enjoyed. Portions are solid and the prices are more than fair. Plenty of great options to choose from. Ambience is nice as well. Definitely recommend to anyone who is interested.”

“This was a very fun stop. The atmosphere is great and fun to hang out for a while. The choices of donuts were great and we had a difficult time choosing. The prices were very reasonable as well. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area. Pick a few to share, they are very large!”

“Full review: These are probably the best pancakes I’ve ever had. Their website says that they are made fresh that day, I can tell. My photos may not be the best, but they are so fluffy and have a great taste. I’m looking forward to trying other menu items. Today I just had a pancake craving and I got lucky with these 👌🏽 They are also super quick, made in under 10 min. Can I have the recipe? 😄 **update** One big reason why I don’t dine here anymore is because every time I walk in that place, my energy goes down. It’s depressing. They have the tv constantly going like you’re in a depressing retirement home. This isn’t inviting and going to drive away customers. There are plenty of places that focus on making it enjoyable for the customer. How hard is it to maybe mute the tv and play music?”

“First time here, and bagels are really good. Nice and friendly service and easy to order, you pick a menu item then choose the bagel of your choice. If your in the area give it a try. I got the Pepperoni Pizza bagel and the Turkey Delight”

“This place has the best bagels—and bagel sandwiches—in town. They do Montreal style, so they get the wood fired treatment. They’re perfect! Donuts are great as well, and the seasonal selections are thoughtful and innovative. The chewiness of the donuts is not my favorite in the city, but the flavor is on point. GO HERE FOR BAGELS, even if you’re not into donuts!”

“Open at 7, so this is an early start place with great service and items. Bread, eggs, chorizo and pastries with an excellent bear claw with real marzipan served in brown paper trays, bags and napkins. Espresso and three hot pots of coffee self serve in paper cups. Cultural icons, smooth jazz and old brick walls make up the ambiance. Good options for most diets.”

“This review is long overdue! My bf and I had spent the night in Arcata and decided to grab some breakfast before we left. Wow what a great decision that was. To begin, we walked in and not two mins later there was a line out the door-we missed the crowd. We chatted with the very nice people in line and looked at all the wonderful breads. As we were paying for our bagel sandwiches one of the staff members gives us the loaf of bread we were admiring! Already enjoying the atmosphere that seemed palpably aligned, we ate our food. The bread melted in our mouths, the bagels were delicious and crafted with good ingredients and their chai was the best I’ve ever had. We love this place and think about it often. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks Los Bagels for a wonderful memory.”

“The customer service was excellent. I got the pastrami club with no tomato on a jalapeno cheese bagel and my partner got a BLT on a sesame bagel. Both of them were so delicious! We were looking for a quick bit while driving to Hollister. This place is quick friendly and they have delicious bagels. Parking is free and there is a parking garage close as well. Thanks for the awesome meal! 💕💕💕”

“Had the need for a 3a.m. donut run 🍩 and the fact that Sunny Donuts is open 24hrs; and was there for my donut 🍩 need with some fresh tasting donuts is pretty awesomeness and deserving of a Perfect 5 ☆ RATING in my book!”

“Without a doubt, arguably the best cafe I’ve been to after cities all around the globe. Such a cute “more than” coffee shop. Living outside of philadelphia we don’t have too many down to earth coffee shop business owners like Abby. She’s personal, professional and just has a way of connecting and communicating with her customers. Then there’s the incredible atmosphere, the delicious coffee and drinks (espresso and Matcha for me) and the small eats to absolutely did for (overnight oats) If you’re looking for a quiet place to get some work done, fuel up in high quality healthy food that tastes good and have a bold tasting caffeinated drink AND a refreshing chaser, Rosemont is 100% the best place to go in La Jolla. 5 min walk to the beach and away from all the hoopla downtown”

“The food items here are okay, not bad. The donuts aren’t that good sadly 😢 The savory items were better. The non-coffee drinks were honestly really bad though which was super disappointing. Maybe I’d try their coffee but I feel like if the other drinks are pretty bad im not sure how much better it can get. We ordered delivery but it seems like from other reviews the staff sound amazing, so my review is only regarding the products!”

“This place was so great I came back the very next day. Day 1 we got the vegan Mac and cheese and vegan McGriddle sandwich. Day 2 we got the vegan nachos and enchiladas. All four meals were delicious! Super flavorful, very large portions, fresh ingredients.”

“Their vegetable selection is impressive, with a lot of fruits and vegetables you won't find in any other store! I'm not as big a fan of their meat selection. I don't know if they are getting lower quality or what, but I'm getting fruit & veggies here, and meat (of all kinds) somewhere else. Most likely Costco. I haven't found better beef anywhere in my city.”

“Unloaded pretty quick, lumper fee was reasonable for 1/2 truck. Tight parking, docks always full. Plan on waiting on street for dock. 11-13 Lumper started quick but misplaced paperwork so I almost ran out of time.”
