“Nice place a little more training in customer service and awareness of happy hour time. Customers should not have to tell staff what time and for how long it goes.”

“Came here for my last dining experience while I was in Los Angeles and it was incredible. Burrata with beets was so soft and creamy. The pasta is all home made, then they throw it in the three different cheese barrels and mix it around. The mushroom truffle pasta was to die for! This was my favourite Italian restaurant in the area. And for the price you can’t go wrong. Also kudos to the staff. They recommended these tasty dishes”

“This is one of our favorite spots in Pasadena. It's definitely a hidden gem. The food is great--hummus, pitas, kebobs, rice, veggies, etc--and the service is always outstanding. We love the ambience with an indoor/outdoor patio, lights, and plants all around. And the prices are excellent as well since most dishes feed two or more.”

“Great restaurant and event location. They have an outdoor patio that is beautiful for any large event along with an indoor party room separated from the main restaurant. This room includes a full bar, a stage for live music or DJ, food serving areas and a large seating area for probably 100+. BeX also has underground bowling at the back of their building.”

“The food here has delicious & unique flavors and came in sizable portion. My favorite was the truffle kimchi fried rice with extra beef, the truffle flavor was so strong and blended perfectly with the fried rice. The Uni toast, the rice cake, and the fried chicken here were all good. This place has really good vibes and definitely deserves more recognition!”

“This is nice upscale restaurant/bar with amazing views of Hollywood sign. Pricing is hight but I had the best views, drink and ricotta honey with toasted bread appetizer! I will be back and their waitress was awesome! One of the best customer service when I visited Saturday night. I felt very welcomed!”

“This place is awesome! I was looking for a place to host my birthday at after Covid ruined having one last year. After getting jerked around at other potential venues I remembered that a lady friend who is very hard to impress had mentioned this is her favorite bar in LA so I went in to ask if it was a possibility. Flash forward, Vincent the owner turned out to be the coolest most welcoming guy and set me up with the best birthday party I’ve ever had: He set us up in their private area in the back that spills out into the main bar so you get the best of both worlds and he had the bartender make some special drinks to serve just for my party, themed after my personality and printed on a picture of me from social media. My friends loved it and we had the best time! The bar is really classy and inviting, the ladies in our group particularly liked the vibe and I’m pretty sure two of my friends who met there that night fell in love and I think the classy atmosphere where the friendly bartenders are super welcoming and treat you like a king only facilitated the magic. The food is great and well priced, the drinks are great, and it’s very obvious to me that Vincent takes pride in every aspect of this place because every little detail is immaculate and the staff is well chosen, friendly, and attentive unlike many LA bars. Like my friend who suggested this place, I now agree that, yes, this is my favorite bar in LA. It would be a good spot to take a date or an an old friend from out of town, or to finish up the night after a crazier place because you can actually have a conversation here and enjoy yourself rather than scream. It’s more classy and low key than the other bars in the area while still being fun and the clientele reflects that vibe. The fist thing you notice is everyone is smiling and happy. You can’t go wrong.”

“Drinks were meh. Cough syrup tasting stuff is not worth 15 dollars. Little modifications on the drinks, like even a proper garnish and oils of a peel on the drinks we ordered would of been great. Infront”

“Absolutely delicious, I ordered the Alla Vodka and it's easily one of the best pizzas I've ever had! The customer service was a great experience as well. The only improvement I can think of is adding more toppings since they were a little scarce but other than that 10/10 would recommend this fine pizzeria establishment!”

“Celebrated my son's birthday there and it was a fantastic place to celebrate. The service was great. The food was great. The avocado tacos and the guacamole with puffed rice chips were awesome!”

“Cute little shop. I ordered a coconut smoothie with boba. I told them I was lactose intolerant and they were quick to check what dairy-free milks were on hand. They didn’t have coconut or almond milk so I tried the rice milk. Surprisingly good! Boba was nice and chewy too. Thanks to the sweet staff and their kind customer service.”

“Truly exceptional fish dishes. The Branzino with mole verde is a stand out, the dry-aged fish is delicious by itself but dip into the mole verde (no meat/poultry stock used) and it's phenomenal. Request tortillas and make your own tacos The tortilla chips are made using rice bran oil and your taste buds will recognize the distinct flavor immediately. The ceviche is delicious and I'd recommend dipping the chips in the caldo. The swordfish tacos are a delight thanks to the dry-aging and creme. Do try the pulpo-jardin (cocktail). Do try the churro bites which are prepared to perfection, most restaurants oversaturate the bites in oil, Encanto did not. Even if you don't want the bites, order them for the creme that comes with it, it's addicting.”

“This place was ok. We walked in around 3pm and it had a wired feeling because it was dead and a really open place. It ended being clean and staff and friendly. A really awesome plus was that that they had a condiment bar for your food. So you can add lettuce, tomato, onion, and what ever else you like to your food. Beer was really reasonable priced. Food was ok priced. I don't know if I would pay that much again for what we got. I got a chicken avocado club. A thick piece of grilled chicken was grilled nicely with flavor. Got like a half of avocado with nice really crispy bacon. Lots of fries that were ok and unsalted which was nice in my opinion. Overall I would like to see this place during the popping times.”

“🏴☠️The Backyard at Chez Jay in Santa Monica is the outdoor patio of the iconic restaurant was finished by Chris Anderson and has been opened and spreading great vibes from August 2019. Hard and excellent team work, attention to details, customers, creating delightful atmosphere turned this place into a true oasis 🏴☠️⚓️⛴ that has a lot of potential! 🐕 it’s dog friendly AF by the way!😎 and every Wednesday is a special one because that’s where we can enjoy live music! Rock, country, pop? Yasss, please! 👏🏼 Great place for eating, drinking, happy hour and entertainment! Especially when it comes to Halloween! 🎃👻”

“Good music, mellow/mixed/diverse crowd and welcoming bartenders. And possibly the best Sapphire and Tonic with Lime I've every had. They definitely got the proportions down! Open air seating is nice and video graphics pull you in to the music. But a little weird they're only doing plastic and not cash. Well the pandemic isn't quite over yet... AND they have a fun Drag Brunch on Sundays and the good is pretty darn good!”

“My brother took me here for the first time today and I had there Tangerine Dinosaur Salad and Vanilla Beet lemonade. Everything was yummy. The salad was reasonable for $18, it was tasty. Had a nice sweet dressing and the seeds on top tasted like warm popcorn. With the tangerine it made the salad very refreshing. The lemonade was delicious. I was not expecting it to taste like vanilla lemonade with beets! You have to try them both. Also, staff was great and everything came out at a timely manner.”

“Better hookah place than most of them around the area. Mo was great on service. Little things may need to improve: Accepting card. XXI century people are paying touch less and only cash may not be good idea for the business. We can make it work for couple times, it may be difficult if we want to come more often. Overall great place! Keep it up!”

“They just opened up to locals (not hotel guests) by reservation only and must provide credit card. It’s $25 per person cancellation fee if you don’t show or cancel within 24 hours. This is to keep the exclusivity feel consistent they said when I checked in at the lobby. They will give you wristbands and escort you to the restaurant where you have many options for dining inside or outdoor by the fire pits. We chose the fire pit seating. It’s open air with a few umbrellas on cushioned seating with tons of pillows. Concrete fire pits are large enough to have beverages and food. There are small stools to use that out you closer for eating. They have a few large bottles of sunscreen at various stations as fyi. They had sound healing just outside the pool area at 5:30pm on Wednesdays. The Apres-Sea aka happy hour menu had a few bites on it. We got the carne asada nachos and it was a huge stack, lots to share. Excellent deal. My friend tried the pork banh mi and loved it. He also ordered the ponto passion drink and enjoyed it as well. I got the blackberry cider and it was tasty and refreshing. Patrick was our server and he was amazing!!! Definitely ask for him if he’s working!!! Loved the ambiance. The dinner menu offerings looked delish and excited to come back for more explorations. They brought a new menu (changed menu tnite) so you will see differences in photos.”

“Lots of games to choose from but, none of the casinos nowadays don't seem pay out like they use to. And there's not too many low betting machines anymore; most machines is .40 cents or higher. Most of the staff are friendly and are very helpful when asked. At times the wait staff can be a bit slower on getting a drink but, eventually they do come around occasionally to take orders or to receive your order. Most of the casinos seem to be a bit understaffed when it cones to slot machine technicians since they don't really seem to be prompt at answering a service call. It can take quite some time before they finally get to you. So, we all as patrons of casinos should keep these things all in mind and be patient with the employees. Thanks, to ALL the employees for doing your best to serve us patrons. We appreciate all that you do and continue to do for us all!!! Have Fun and Relax. Enjoy Yourself and Play today. What are waiting for? Get Going!!! And, maybe youll be lucky enough to Win Big $$!!! GOOD LUCK!!!”

“Really great service and great food! The food came out quick and very tasty. We ordered one dish of the shrimp Alfredo and our waiter was nice enough to split the plates for us. We also came during happy hour and got a great deal on our drinks. We had a great experience definitely coming back.”

“This place has grown immensely over the last 15 years! It's remarkable how clean and fresh the new interior is, and all the machines are top tier with all the latest games. Thank you to the Wanaaha tribe for creating a fun, exciting, and welcoming place for those of us passing through. It's an honor to play here every year!”

“Better than I expected honestly. Entrance fee on a Saturday Night was $20. In order to sit down at the table we all had to order something even if it was water (Bottled Water is $5) and since I don't drink I had to get that. Lap Dances are $100 for 4 Songs. They don't bother you to get a lap dance like in other places. They have lots of beautiful girls but Jasmine stood out to me out of all of them. I'm not a veteran with strip clubs but it is on the pricey side but the experience overall was good. I honestly can't complain about anything based on my experience here.”

“We got a "what the kale" salad with chicken, kids tenders and fries, a kids grilled cheese, and chocolate & vanilla shakes. All were very good. Even the kids tenders were juicy with a nice flaky crust. Plenty of spacious outdoor seating along a busy sidewalk.”
