“Great food. Great service. Reasonable prices. I have lived in Pagosa over 5 years and this is still my go to place for Mexican food, and very good margaritas. Being open for over 5 years is a real achievement in Pagosa, for you have to depend on the locals as well as repeat visitors. Not Tex-Mex, with all the cumin, but a combination of Mexican street food flavors and Southwestern cuisine. They start the meal with chips and a small bowl of tasty salsa. I recently ordered the cheese enchilada plate and I could taste the quality of the cheese and I loved the firm texture. I am not a big fan of Mexican style rice, but theirs was moist, and had a great mouth feel and texture. I am almost certain the refried beans are made with lard added as the flavor was spot on, but I could be wrong. Open 7am to 9pm so many people just go there for breakfast. Don't be put off by the hole in the wall appearance, they stake their reputation on the plate. I live for small local places like this one.”

“Lovely Mexican restaurant with delicious tortilla soup. Snagged the one and only take outside so the dog could be with us. The view, mind you, was spectacular, of the distant mountains. Food was excellent, service too, and extremely reasonable pricing. Highly recommend this little gem.”

“A great stop in the way through town. Really tasty, fresh burgers and fresh fries. Fast, friendly service. Ate outside at table under a tent. Right off the road. Perfect for a family stop. Will easily stop here again.”

“My friends and I had such a nice lunch at 7530’ Grill! Cold drinks and delicious food! My husband raved about the patty melt & I had a terrific seared tuna salad. The fries & rings are really good too! We will definitely be back!”

“We were skeptical BUT were absolutely SURPRISED AND DELIGHTED to get delicious and yummy food! The bar drinks were great! The place was clean! The service was awesome! Meadow was our bartender/server and she was very sweet! Thank y’all all the way from West Texas! We will be back!”

“Great food and service. We had spaghetti and meatballs and eggplant Parmesan. Both were huge amounts and had enough leftovers for another meal. The entrees come with a salad or soup, we both had salads. The salad greens were fresh and cold, and included carrots and tomatoes. I will definitely be back.”

“We visited the Springs Resort from Aurora and this was the first place we ate. The food was phenomenal! The carnitas and the chicken was season and grilled to perfection! Very moist. The steak fajita salad was great and the tortilla were nice and soft. Most Mexican restaurants are oily and greasy. Not this place. Loved it and ate here twice during our 3 day trip. Will be back again when we visit again!”

“Being a family of some vegans and some carnivores and some in-between, we were happy to find something for everyone at this burger place in Pagosa Springs! The black bean patty was delicious. I typically do not like mock meat, my husband loves mock meat and we both liked this patty. The fries were AWESOME. Get the big one, you won't regret it. The wait was a little long, but the restaurant is cute and clean and the food is great, so we didn't mind. 2 things that would make my 4 star review become a 5 star review: 1: offer at least one vegan cheese (pepper jack would be my pick!) 2: missing out on something called "fancy sauce" sucked. Our server told us it was mayo and ketchup based. I would suggest making a vegan version of fancy sauce with vegan mayo. How hard could it be? Pagosa does not have a vegan restaurant, so us vegans LOVE finding places that not only know what vegan means, but who actually give us a meal as delicious as everything else on the menu. Way to go and thanks for a yummy meal!”

“Stopped by here just before the closed down for the season. I was craving some BBQ. I had the smoked turkey sandwich with white BBQ sauce. My husband had The O.G... All I can say was this was absolutely delicious. The meat was moist & so full of flavor. The baked beans were also very good. I didn't want it to end. I was when I ate all my food. I highly recommend coming here if you're craving BBQ. My new favorite place in town. I also can't wait for them to reopen so I can get some of that yum yum”

“I found this place near my hotel, stopped by to check it out and was not disappointed! I didn't order food but liked what I saw and it smelled great. As far as their beer, the ESB was fantastic and would recommend their red ale as well. They also had regional/popular taps as well as a full bar. Staff was top notch, super friendly. They offer a variety of seating including a large patio. Check em out”

“No frills local bar; my people. Nice stop after racing down the west side of Wolf Creek Pass trying to meet God, or escaping the uppity across the river from the resort. All three are fun.”

“Gumbo was watery and lobster bisque had no lobster. Both tasty but could have been much better. Our server, Kelly, on the other hand was delightful. Props to her.”

“This place is a great option for brunch. It can certainly get busy and there isn't any room to wait inside, but luckily we dodged the big crowds and never had to wait too long. It would be nice if they had a text or buzzer service so you wouldn't have to sit outside if the weather is bad, but the more important stuff was excellent. The food is great as is the service and décor is charming. We ended up coming here a couple of times while we in Pagosa and will certainly come back again.”

“Amazing sandwich! We grabbed lunch here before starting a backpacking trip nearby. Loved it so much we hoped to eat here again 3 days later, on our way down. It was a Sunday and they were closed. The food was amazing. And I will be going back next time I'm up in Pagosa.”

“The staff and live music (RPM tonight) are great. The pretzels were a bit weird. Glazed with honey / sugar and salt. Would be good with honey mustard to dip or dusted in cinnamon sugar, but did not go well with the stone ground mustard and cheese. Use butter or oil for the shine and to make the salt stick. IMHO.”

“This is one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I have had IN MY LIFE. “The Mac” is life-changing, and they have all kinds of other fantastic sandwiches. Sweetest humans ever running the truck, and we had the best experience!! ♥️”

“I would love to go back to try more of this place since last visit I just got take out pizza. They have a huge wall with about 11 options of beers on tap for you to try and more 4 options of wines. You can pick your own glass and try out whatever you would like from their own beers and many more. Their pizza is also great it has a unique flavor of some garlic olive oil that they might use. Can not forget to tell you about the environment, they got outside and inside seating areas with nice chairs and even a fire pit to hang around and enjoy your beer.”

“This place has a great atmosphere in a cool building. We stopped in a couple of times while we were in town and the staff was always friendly and the beer always cold. They had a lot of great seasonal brews along with their standard stuff. It is certainly worth trying a flight because they get pretty creative.”

“I think a young Tony Hawk loved this place if I’m not mistaken. Great service and friendly staff. I was recommended to get some kind of wet taco thing that turned out pretty good. If you ever end up here, I recommend spending some time on the tacos and then make sure to ask for sauces.”

“Was a really nice night!.. "Casual Fine Dinning" is pretty accurate. We dressed up for a Rehearsal Dinner but honestly being dressy wasn't super required. The staff were so nice, the food was delicious (Pork Belly was AMAZING). Cocktails were tasteful yet felt plenty strong, and beer selection (though limited) was a good set. I'd recommend coming here for a nice date-night if you're in town with a significant other!”

“On a vacation road trip with my wife we stopped and had a late lunch a the Junction Restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised. The wait staff was exceptional. We both had a chicken dinner and it was superb. Perfectly cooked tender and juicy. Atmosphere was excellent and fit the mountain surroundings. I will stop by again if I am ever in the area and I would highly recommend to anyone.”

“I have to say that they're an amazing couple. We asked if we could sit down under their privateer picnic table because they were not open yet to have breakfast and they said yes not a problem. Next thing you know we're finishing our breakfast and he comes up and tells us here guys I'm going to give you two ribs that just came out of the smoker. keep in mind they're not even open for business yet for the day. Super nice!”

“I was there for 7 AM opening. I was in the mood for something different so I ordered off menu and they hit a home run for me! I got a bowl of New Mexico green chili, beans and pork. Tortillas. It was so good I got three more orders to go. I’m only in the area once a year, and I will definitely be making this an annual stop. Also next year, in addition to breakfast, I will be bringing the family here for dinner one night. You have to give this place a try!”
