“Stopped here yesterday with my family for a late lunch. We had the classic burrito, the shredded beef enchiladas and the chicken fajitas. Everything, including the complimentary tortilla chips and salsa, was delicious. Our server, Gabriel, was a perfect waiter. He stopped by to check on us at appropriate intervals and brought refills at just the right time. Very happy with our experience here, the only slightly negative thing I could say is that the dining area was cold enough that I wanted to put my coat back on.”

“I’ve enjoyed having a healthy option for lunch nearby. If you’ve been here a few times you can create your own salad by what you know you like and is good at this place. I personally can’t stand the spring mix greens here-it tastes rotten to me, so I order my salads with the other greens. I avoid the butternut squash as well. I love avocado, but half the time it’s not ripe. The candied pecans are great. If you make your own salad you can avoid the fails of the restaurant though I do think it’s over priced for what you get. For the most part service is friendly.”

With it being Labor Day weekend and with the annual hot air balloon festivities in full swing, local breakfast/brunch restaurants were operating by reservation only with wait times varying between 10-45 minutes dependent upon locality. After a roughly 20-minute wait, my family and I were seated...nice, clean table, while hostess pleasant and professional. Food not bad with competitive prices — #GreatPancakes though (fluffy, light and HOT!!!!!). All-in-all it was a nice Sunday outing~ ????????????????”

The food is as good as any other Smashburger: thin burgers, crisped and a flattop grille, served hot. The team working when we arrived makes the difference. “A group of four of us went in for my buddy’s 40th birthday. It was our first time at Prime 25 - and we weren’t disappointed. We knew going into it that we were going to spend a pretty penny, which we did - but it was for a worthwhile reason to celebrate. I was not sure what to make of the security guard in the parking lot but he was extremely courteous and polite. We had a reservation and were seated immediately, which I always appreciate! The waitress was prompt, attentive, helpful and extremely professional. We all ordered drinks, which arrived fresh and properly made. The food was simply amazing - fresh, high quality, and expertly prepared. Not a single one of us were disappointed. Yes, it’s gluttonous, but I can assure you that will not be disappointed in the slightest with the porterhouse! The Prime Manhattan was amazing as well - I was pretty buzzed after two (and I can hold my booze!). I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here as my funds allow for it. We had the warm apple cider and were being good by having a curry chicken salad. But we did treat ourselves to the wonderful rum ball. Not so boozy that you miss the chocolate. It is divine! “Found this gem on a whim while in the springs for car work. Just down the hill from the car dealerships nestled in a quaint little neighborhood is this shining jewel. This bar is located in an old neighborhood elementary school in what used to be the principals office. The bar tops are made from chalkboards, glass holders from desks and varies other up-cycle motif throughout. Service was outstanding, this is a bar mixed with a coffee shop, very upscale fancy drinks made by experts. This is a must visit while in the area, ask the bartender for their advice on a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. We cannot wait to come back and try some food with awesome drinks!”

Their food is great, different varieties of imports and export beers, fresh salsa bar with chopped white onions and fresh cilantro and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Very clean restrooms. Overall I give them a complete 5 star rating. If you do decide to eat there please try their pork carnita burritos. Their pork is tender, slow cooked and perfectly seasoned.
