“This place is pretty great. We've been there for coffee, drinks and some appetizers. All of that is very, very good with great service. The only thing that is a little odd is the to go cups situation. Its a very nice concept but they need change it to be able to return the jar and get your 50 cents back without having to buy another drink. Pretty simple to have a jar of change behind the bar similar to every convenience store in states that have bottle deposits.”

“May be my new favorite spot! I'm a huge fan of Building Three down at the Lincoln Center but when I'm out east, I think this is going to be my new favorite hang out. I just adore the atmosphere! Such a fun blend of donkeys and Hawaii, and especially fun place to come in that dreary days of winter. It's so bright inside and I love the ambience. Plenty of places to sit and lots of cool merchandise to look at. Unique menu items and everyone is so friendly. Very clean too! Can't say enough good things about this place. “I'm not sure what's going on at all but one location I frequent. My drink I order for the last 5 months has not tasted the same these last few weeks. In addition, it is not being made 'correctly' more times than not at my Castle Rock locations. It is less sweet and the coffee is leaving a bitter and gritty taste this last month or so. My drink uses the blonde espresso and up until recently I never experienced the bitterness or gritty taste.?.? The location that my drink is still consistently the same is in Blackhawk Colorado. When they have any changes in coffee, straws, equipment, etc. They are very upfront and apologetic about such things. They don't make excuses and they do not play the 'blame game.' I truly appreciate that.”
