“Went there and ordered the grilled cheese with a side of tomato soup. And let me tell you… WOW!!! I’ve never had a grilled cheese like that before. It was an explosive flavor bomb in my mouth. The soup was delicious too and they paired well together. All of the staff was super friendly, the place was clean, and service was prompt. My server was Jasmine and she made sure that my glass of sweet tea was never empty. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review for Magnolias. It’s so good I’ll probably be coming here at least once a week.”

Orange creamsicle, hazy IPA, bunny brown, and peanut butter banana beers were 4 of the smoothest and most well balanced beers we’ve had in NE FL. Service was great. “When reading reviews, it seems it's mixed. We went after church Sunday and noticed other "church crowd" there. On the buffet menu was fried chicken, ham and pork chops... no barbeque... In a barbeque place. I ordered off the menu. No sliced pork. I got the brisket. Lots of meat on the plate but it was smothered in sauce that was spicy and pickles. No mention of that on the menu. I had baked beans and fries as my two sides. Beans were ok and fries are, well... fries. My wife did the buffet and her fried chicken was good. Out the door with tip... $45. I understand that Fridays they feature fish and shrimp. But, I know a good place for that, so... Barbeque places should have barbeque.”

“Wow! Great ice cream. So creamy and yummy flavorful. Loved it. The store was bright, clean, and smelled of sweets. Cakes, cupcakes, cookies, comes, milk shakes, and so much more. I was helped by a very delightful young lady named Bella. She allowed me to sample several flavors before I picked my favorite. She was curious and patient with me, which pleasantly surprised me. It was a super experience and even better tasting ice cream. Go there for great service and just try to pick only one item to eat.”

“Our food was delicious and beautifully presented. At our table we tasted the butternut squash- crab bisque, escargot & bone marrow, entrée’s were redfish, chicken & lamb chops. The wine list is very interesting and moderately priced. Service was attentive and professional. Decor is relaxing and simple. Last but not least the desserts ( made in-house) were outstanding. “We came around 4 pm on a Friday and there was no line. The two workers were very friendly and helpful as it was our first time. We got the Connecticut roll with extra lobster and the classic roll. Both were delicious! Clam chowder was also good. The price is pretty average considering it’s downtown. We loved that the seating is spread out and even if it was fully sat nobody would be sitting RIGHT next to you like a lot of restaurants do. Definitely recommend this place and we will probably start coming here regularly!”

“We waited awhile to try this place after reading initial reviews. Either they have tweaked some of the recipes, or maybe some people just have taste receptors that are different…because this place has some really yummy and flavorful Mediterranean food. The opposite of bland. My husband said his gyro is just as good as the gyro at his favorite Greek restaurant from where we used to live, and he really enjoyed the Baba sauce that comes on it. And their falafel (I got mine with the spicy Baba sauce instead of tahini) is better than any I’ve had before. The people working here are nice, as well. We will certainly be adding this into our regular rotation of restaurants (along with Timoti’s, which I think is owned by the same people and is also awesome).”

“Budget-friendly, no frills. Great location with easy access to beach. Staff was very friendly. Food was great. Unfortunately room was directly behind band stage so it was VERY LOUD in our room. We could also hear the slam of the restaurant bathroom door, which was also frequent and loud. Luckily the bands do stop by 10.”

“So good, we ate here twice in 3 days. Out of 8 meals, EVERY SINGLE DISH was fantastic! The buttermilk fried chicken was the kid’s favorite. My wife gets adventurous and eats fish every once in a while and the blackened mahi tacos made her want to eat more fish. The fish and chips is the best I’ve ever eaten, and it came with two MASSIVE cod filets. We’re from a coastal town in South Carolina that should be able to get close, but they don’t. We also had the shaved ribeye cheesesteak and shrimp baskets. Both of those were amazing, too. They did the coleslaw as good as I have ever found in a southern/seafood restaurant. Waffle fries sound simple enough, but they were way better than the waffle fries you get at that popular fast-food chicken joint. Portion sizes were “heavy-hitter approved.” I’m a big guy. I was NOT disappointed. Can’t believe this place only has 4.5 stars with so few reviews. If you’re on Amelia Island, EAT HERE!!”

“We have never eaten at a Jersey Mike’s so we decided to try it. It’s nice inside. Typical sub shop decor but that isn’t a bad thing. I didn’t come here for the atmosphere. The service is quick with an assembly line for fixing the subs. Very efficient and friendly. They have a good varieties of subs with sides of chips and even cookies. I chose the Italian and my wife had the turkey club. We were both surprised how delicious they were. So much so that we went back 3X in a week and a half for the same subs! That should tell you everything you need to know about the food here! It taste fresh! This is our new go-to sub shop. Definitely family and kid friendly. “Definition of five stars. Everything is right but I'll share some details to prove this. It was really busy I'd guesstimate like 90% full and I still got my well prepared, well priced including a coffee refill in under 10 minutes. Is this an example of amazing or what! To show how good the customer service is I was sitting near the preparation area for to go orders. They were thoughtfully being prepared, not just thrown into a bag with the receipt. The question was how much syrup should be put with the pancakes? Of course the answer was a lot. "It's better to have too much 🍁 maple syrup than not enough." Right on! “Great. Just 1 complaint I have and not sure if this is normal. I ordered the southwest burrito and it was very small. Very disappointing for almost $7 to get a half of a burrito size where it's 1 egg. It tasted great but for the size definitely not wory $7. The Croissants egg sandwich was bigger for just $4 I have small/average size hands. Not very long fingers and it is smaller than my hand.”
