“Only 4 star because of this last visit. Come here every so often over the last few years food is always good and generally pleasant atmosphere and good service. Last night server was good, issue was somehow it was fairly busy and we waited over 40 min for our food and it made us late for our movie. Not the usual wait but server was kind and put our food in to go containers. Again for what it is food is good and fairly priced we usually get sushi. Love the decor gives it a warm feel.”

“After having a great lunch, we returned for dinner a few days later. We started with a fabulous antipasto that had a variety of cold and hot appetizers. They were rolling and cutting ravioli as it was being ordered. Instead of pasta, I received a plenteous side portion of sauteed spinach with my veal saltimbocca. “This was just a random stop for my mom and I as we were driving down mainstreet looking for something good to eat. We originally went in for pizza, but after looking at the menu, we went for a meatball sub and a turkey sandwich because the sounded so good. Needless to say, the meatball sub was amazing. I very picky about meatballs and usually never eat them out at restaurants but these tasted like my moms homemade recipe. Absolutely perfect. Super cool unassuming spot for a quick lunch :)”

One concern I have when getting food that quick is quality and whether it's just been sitting there, but honestly everything was nice and hot and send like it was just made. “Wow! Had dinner here with close friends who have travelled extensively in Europe as well as lived in Germany. They said Siegfried's served the most authentic food they've ever tasted in America and it rivaled German restaurants! “Our family moved to Sarasota from New Jersey last year and we have been searching for a authentic sushi spot. All I have to say is Utamaro is exceptional and definitely very very fresh. As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you will be greet by the sushi chef/owner Brian, we are so impressed by his Japanese culinary skill and creativity. If you love sushi and Japanese food, you must give this place a try. They also have hot food so don’t worry if you are not sushi lover.”
