“Wonderful atmosphere, late night rendezvous begin here. People who regularly pass by are quite interesting and most nights you can end up talking to someone about almost anything, from musical instruments to postmodernist philosophy. The first Friday of every month is salsa night. They have many little recurring events such as open mic that keep people coming. Kava itself is an interesting drink, the after effects I've found are greater openness in conversation, calming effects, if you take too much you may find yourself as happy as alcohol might make you except without being drowsy or slow. Kava just makes me a bit happier and more talkative. Over all, this is a fun place to take good friends who want a nice night.”

“Lovely waterside location which is extra nice during the boat show. Valet available and the Decor is beautiful on the deck. We ordered lunch which was delicious, however the flies were completely out of control. Potentially the center of the deck the flies may not be so bad, but we couldn’t event eat the flies were so bad. They really need to spray. I hear this is a great place for evening cocktails and Sunday Brunch and will likely try to come back and give that a try.”

“love the Miami Yacht Club. The view and location here is a Billion Dollar view not a Million Dollar view as you are looking out over the water to the very expensive South Beach islands. It is a private yacht club, but the bar and restaurant are open to the public. A wonderful place.”

“The restaurant is beautiful, and the service was very good. We ordered the pear ravioli appetizer, and it was as delicious as we remembered it from our last visit. I ordered the shrimp marinara. The shrimp were huge, and the sauce was delicious. My friend had the crab stuffed snapper. Lots of crab stuffing, and the sauce was very tasty. Dessert was almond cookies and chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. Best of all, the owner came by twice during our meal to check on how we were doing.”

“Food quality is excellent. We stopped in with a 5 top on a Friday night. One bartender downstairs and it started off quiet. Once the bar started to fill out the poor bartender tried her best, yet simply could not keep up. Our drinks took 25-30 min to receive after ordering. Once the drinks were served, the first thing we noticed was that all of our drinks claim to have been served with a “large ice cube”. We received all normal bar ice. This was an immediate disappointment. As the night went on the bartender continued to weather the storm. Running out of glasses, trying to close out tabs, etc. We decided to head upstairs for a cigar. The stairwell to the roof top patio seemed unfinished & rushed construction. A warm bar smell fills the staircase the higher you go. Once upstairs, there was no seating available. Therefore we decided to end our night elsewhere. Great location that just needs a bit more polishing, process, & attention to detail.”

Make sure you come in and say hi to the owners Jerry and Nina. Best people you'll ever meet. Best of luck on your new location ????️???? Come check this place out. Have docks out back to do some fishing, great home made food, and cold ???? beer! It's a Thursday and asked what they got going on, turned out to be karaoke night. They do this every Thurs. and Sat.. Live music every Fri. from 6-9 and Sun 3-6. Grabbed me a basket of fries, which I must say, it is nice to have fresh cut, home made fries!! Heard they are trying to get some pool and dart tournaments going. Love pool myself, if you know any leagues that need a upbeat country place to hang out, I'd say come in and get your group signed up.”
