“Often good food, but some issues I have are: 1) Meat and cheese are cold on breakfast sandwiches (even though the bun and egg are hot). Probably a Panera franchise issue, but still annoying that I have to go and use the microwave before I eat. 2) NOISY! and I don't mean the customers. The business phone (and/or food alarms?) ring and no one answers. It rings incessantly, and excessively loud, for 15-20 times before the person hangs up or an employee answers. AND if you sit anywhere within a 20-foot radius of the pick up counter, you have to listen to the constant buzzing of the pick up buzzer until it shuts off after 2 minutes. But then the next customer comes and you have to be interrupted again. Not conducive to getting any work in.”

“Great food, great service, decent prices. Was there for a family member's birthday with a large group. Everything was perfect. I got the chicken kabob, wife got the salmon, kids got prime rib. I ordered the Palm Court side salad for an extra $4. It has huge hearts of palm pieces and is very good. Soups and desserts were also very good. My wife and I shared a piece of Tiramisu. It was excellent!”

“This place could be so much better if they fix a few things. The worst part was the super slow service. My group came in right when they opened. I took a bit to have our order taken and even longer to get our food. There were only two other tables, so being too busy wasn't a valid excuse. Our server was friendly and the food was amazing. Another group that sat down behind us just a few minutes later, didn't get their food until we were ready to leave. Also, they open kind of late for some office workers. Their hours are only 12-8pm. I am hoping they improve over time and hope to have a better experience next time.”
