“It was OK. Very limited vegan options for a Vietnamese restaurant, but staff was sweet and friendly. Building and restaurant is clean and modern. Had 2 mistakes with our food, which is bad for any restaurant, and this was after repeatedly stating diet restrictions and asking questions. The food was fine, no complaints. Sadly, wouldn't recommend to other vegans but I would to non-vegan! The soups have no vegan option, all of them are made with beef broth, which I was bummed about.”

“YEN YEN is our "go to" place for Cantonese Mandarin style food in the Northwest suburbs. They have other locations run by relative in Palatine. Been there forever but overall, YEN YEN is still out favorite. Don't be afraid to ask for personal adjustments or additions to their offerings. Great generous lunch specials at very reasonable prices. Anyone that has had a bad experience here must be "sitting on their tongue"”

Brisket was juicy with a nice bark, Cajun fries were tasty, hush puppies were cheesy delicious and side portions were plentiful. Jalapeno caps were great too, with good heat. If I'm to be critical, our milkshake was melted already, and the fries a bit too salty. The brisket was already sauced too, a no no in my book. I'll know this for next time and will plan accordingly, we'll definitely be back.”

“Clean, fun with lots of involved parents who were interactive with their children. I'm a parent that prefers not to have to redirect someone else's child because they elected to sit it out while their kids go it alone. Those children we encountered playing independently or with another child-companion were very well-mannered. They willingly shared use of the games when they noticed others waiting to play. The staff were very friendly and thorough in ensuring people were checked in and checked out appropriately. When we encountered an error with one of the machines an attendant quickly came by, addressed the issue and got the machine back up and running in no time at all. We've visited this location a few times and the vibe is always very similar. One of my favorite Chuck-E-Cheeses to visit!”
